We always have had great service. Sometimes they have to make multiple trips to find the recipient at home, but they always do it willingly. Good service and especially beautiful poinsettias.

I've ordered two arrangements recently and they are by far the most beautiful arrangements and very affordable! Not only was I pleased but the recipients were speechless!! I called one day and they were received the next! Absolutely wonderful service and everyone is beyond helpful! I will order from Georges Creek Florist here on out! Thanks

BAD customer service! I called this florist from across the country, wanting funeral flowers delivered to a church, believing it would be easier to deal direct with the business a mile away from the that church. The gracious lady who took my order knew the event and the church and offered to deliver it Sunday morning before service. The angry man who called back an hour later told me...not asked me, told me it would be delivered to the mortuary Saturday afternoon along with everything else. No offer to make arrangements for delivery to the church on Saturday, or asking me if I would make those arrangements so he could assure delivery to where I WANTED...and then he hung up. Since when does the customer not get to decide where the flowers go???
