A friend of mine purchased a car from here that had horrible wiring and electrical issues. But more importantly there were AR bullets in the trunk of the car. As far as we know this car was used to commit crimes. Upon returning to the dealership the staff were dismissive and nasty about the situation because the police were contacted. He was on probation and that could have led him to going to prison

As I was browsing for a car to fit my big family. I came across king motors on offerup. I’m currently working on my credit so it’s not so up there yet but as what they stated in their bio sounded promising like a big help buying a car without feeling like it’s the end of the world i felt so liberated without any guilt their bio sounded promising to me this is what the bio stated
—-> all credits approved, bad credit good credit no credit - don’t sweat it! We work with 16 banks and lenders to fit any income, extended warranty + gap insurance is included!
I took my chances filled out an application got a call from a representative the next day the guy asked me additional questions then said I’d get back to you as he was reviewing my application … long story short I got my hopes up for no reason cause no one ever got back to me . But it’s ok I will not give up I hope to find what I’m looking for I’ve seen good reviews of them online and took my chances I also came across the unsatisfactory reviews also I’d really wanted to be one of the good review commenters but I guess not everyone is lucky ..
everything happens for a reason I guess my car is waiting for me somewhere I just have to keep looking.

I couldn't even get past the application process. Mayra kept texting me messages saying that they were basically waiting for a response from me. I told her multiple times that she didn't have a reason to text me unless she had some info about my application. I told her how frustrating it was to consistently have her texting me making it seem like I wasn't doing my part. Each time she would say she understood my frustration and she would escalate my application to be reviewed. I put the application in on Tuesday, I heard from Mr. King on Thursday, Thursday afternoon Mayra texted me and said
"Hey Lakeia. Mayra at King Motors here.
Still havent heard back from you... A reply would be much appreciated as follow up takes alot of time out of our busy day.
Where would you like to go from here?"
As if I'm holding them up. I politely asked her to destroy my application because clearly that wasn't the place for me. After my response, she said nothing after that. I wanted the process to be short and sweet. I don't need to go to the office, when you can take care of the application over the phone. I'll show up if you get an approval, but she was not trying to hear that. They losted a customer.

I had the best experience purchasing my new car from King motors ! King is hilarious and Martina is about her business! Second time buying a reliable USED car from these two. EMPHASIS on the Used for majority of the ones complaining ?? go to a dealership which carries brand new cars and your guaranteed no problems. If your pockets or credit score can only afford a used one just say that…..don’t blame the sales people ! Read before signing. ??

Scammers don't purchase a car at this place. Recently purchased a car and it broke down before I got off the lot. The car is still broke down. This place has not offered any solutions. Buyer Beware don't deal with Kings Motors

I went here to get a new car I had bought from NY inspected so I could get my title and registration in MD. They did all the work and then passed my car. The next day I heard shaking in my car, but didn't realize what it was. I called them, afraid, and they said to bring it in. On my way there my left tire FLEW OFF. They said they had fixed it both that and the body damage, but it's still bad.
Two days later I heard the same rumbling in my back tires. Those two FELL OFF and I had to get towed to Hampden Auto Care which told me that all the bolts were loose and the back tires were about to come off.
This place is dangerous. If you want to continue living, never go here.

This place is awful! I bought a vehicle last April, I put down 9500.00 within a weeks time’s I changed my mind and said could I return the car because I was not happy with my purchase. She told me “No” I said I only brought the car 5 days ago. She said once the vehicle is funded I can’t return in and that I must be having “Buyers Remorse” whether I did or not shouldn’t have played a factor! I work at a dealership I knew dam well it was not “funded” within a week. That vehicle was way over due for an oil change. I had to pay for that because it was in bad shape. Then was pointed out that the sides, bumper, grille and hood was damaged. I’m just finding out that the vehicle has prior severe damage to the entire dumper, hood and grille! The licensed mechanic told me that 50% percent of the pieces for the grill and bumper were missing! That if he removed anymore he would fear of not being able to put it back together and he would not feel safe me driving away. They over priced the car KNOWING that information and extensive damage.These people are a rip off!!! That sold me a lemon and could have seriously put my life in danger because they wanted to just make a sale. Instead of inclosing the Significant damage to that car.
