Worked with johns auto body to get our Prius left rear bumper and tires body back to its original shape and form. John was very professional and communicated with us during the two months process it took for the at faults insurance company to pay for our auto body fixes and glad John was patient and able to accommodate us with our situation and time frame. He definitely earned my business for future automotive needs. He was also able to get our other car issue fixed along as well and now our car is newer than we've originally purchased for! Thank you for your hard work and open communication with us during this time. It relieved a lot of our headaches during this time.

My Ford Fusion Sport went here after an accident. Was there a long time due to insurance delays so I was rather eager to get car back. I am somewhere disappointed presently as the hood is misaligned and the transmission is having problems shifting. Part of the work related to exchanging transmission fluid and replacing lines. The car did not have these issues before the repairs. Also, the liner inside the wheel well is missing on one side. I intend to approach them about these issues and not that they can resolve them.

johns auto body is a perfect must use small business, great communication, friendly and honest. Pricing was was also lower than other body shops, the end result was a perfect match identical to factory.

My car was just repaired at John's auto body you would never know it was hit. replaced all damage with new parts will fight with insurance to use new factory parts as much as possible does not let vehicles leave until he is totally happy with outcome. I have had 3 vehicles repaired here and every time you never can't tell any where on car where repairs were done. the management always works with you and will make sure you are happy with repairs always makes sure you have a loaner car before work is to be done they understand the repair and insurance process and will explain anything you need to know.

John and his team are incredible. First of all, the body work they do is second to none. Once they were done, my car looked perfect. Not only was the work great, but the process was easy. John and his team communicated with the insurance company and gave me updates on the progress throughout. I always knew where we stood in the process. You don't see that type of customer service anymore. We all hope nothing happens to our cars, but if it does John should be the first call you make.Mark M.

I had high hopes for this shop because they seemed so nice. i made an appointment that was a week and a half later for a drop off. I waited patiently for the appointmen. I called the day before to let them know when the rental car place would be available to pick me up. the guy tried to gaslight me and said I didn't have an appointment. I stuck to my guns and then he eventually said that they were just too busy. I will never go there again. I have no information on if they are good or not at fixing cars. any place that does this kind of crap does not deserve my time and money. if it allowed me I would give zero stars.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. I ended up needing a lot of bodywork repair after someone's unsecured metal bar flew out of their truck bed and wiped out the front lower portion of my car. John and Laurie could not have been more helpful. They walked me through what I would need to do with the insurance company, kept me informed of where we were in the repair process, and my car was beautiful when they were done with it! You could not even tell that anything had happened.I will ALWAYS recommend them to anyone I know looking for bodywork. They are wonderful people (truly - so friendly and kind) and they do top notch work!Service: Body & Trim

As a fleet manager having multiple locations on the east coast, Johns Auto Body is the best that I have delt with. Amazing work with great customer service! Quick turn arounds with good communication through the process. Cant ask for anything better!
