Lisa is amazing. I've had the worst time ever today with making a payment to ensure I can marry the woman I love. She took hours of her time to ensure I would be taken care of. Called atleast 10people to set her foot down and made things happen! Best and most committed person, not just banker to any customer.Your in great hands here.

Worst bank ever, they will have you wait and not help you. They are super rude and not helpful, I have multiple business accounts and they are completely rude to both business and and people. DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH I LITERALLY CLOSED ALL MY ACCOUNTS

I have been a client of Wells Fargo for a long time I have had a very good experience with you I love this bank for me it is one of the best financial institutions nationwide because they provide excellent customer service they have a very nice online banking service good trained employees and that they give the necessary information that we need as clients Today I received help opening a new account in this location and I received excellent treatment from the trained personnel and I would especially like to thank Lisa Michelle Barracato WHO was the person who gave me She helped and gave me everything I needed. People like her need more of an employee who is capable of carrying out any procedure, she solved all my doubts without a doubt, she deserves a better position and a raise! more than happy with her for helping me today!!

As a 20 year customer starting with First Union, I was humiliated today while two "managers" yelled openly back and forth to accuse me of not providing clarity on my address. There was no discrepancy in my paperwork and ID. This was my second visit. The manager is very green. I was asked to bring in a deed to prove residency. I have NEVER had a bank request a deed to open a checking account. I felt like I was being accused of fraud. Yes! I own multiple properties. Is that so unbelievable? I am requesting to be contacted by the regional manager. Skip this branch!

I have been a member for 15+ years and this branch of Wells Fargo is absolute garbage. I live right next to this location, but would rather drive to Glen Burnie for service. Their employees are incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I had to stop in here the other day because I didn't have time to run to another location. Unfortunately, it was a giant waste of time. I needed a letter notarized and the "lovely" Lisa did not want to help me, she wanted to play on her phone instead. I asked her several times how I could get this done, but she couldn't actually tell me and insisted that I go to UPS. After speaking with an actual notary, I'm assuming Lisa is either unfamiliar with the process and was just too embarrassed to say so, or she is just INCREDIBLY lazy and was trying to avoid doing her very simple job. Every time I am burdened with going to this location, I have to seriously question why I give WF my business.

Do not buy a house with Wells Fargo.Be aware that your lender don't sell your loan to them. I have wanted to streamline refinance when rates was low around 2.97FHA they never responded. Smh with so much going on I felt they would eventually get back to me. I was wrong. Rates are back up high now. What do u know. Wells has sent a ad. For refi. Rates are to high now.Worst company to use for Mortgage.I do not recommend.

Great customer service. I couldn't be happier with the service that I have received from Wells Fargo. This branch is the most convenient for me, and the staff is always very kind and pleasant. They even remember me by name and greet me when I arrive at the drive through! Earlier this year, I made the switch to Wells Fargo after being referred by a family member. I have nothing but good things to say about the Linthicum branch, as well as the Arundel Mills branch, where I opened my accounts.

Wells Fargo MY fiance didnt receive bank statements in the mail since covid started for 3 months now. Finally got them yesterday for 2 months worth. He has $570 dollar fraudulent charges. We need to cancel and turn off his card and order a replacement. Only problem is your inside isnt open and he is never off in time to get to drive through nor does he have online banking and has never used his debit cardd online at all ever. He gets paid in 3 days and we need to pay pur bills how can he get a temporary card and cancel amd turn off his one he has now before all him money is taken again since his information is now in some hackers hands. I need help and advice we dont know what to do and Re very upset. Please help this is an emergency. What can we do. Need to cancel and turn off this card and need a temporary one asap.so we can pay bills while waiting for a replacement. Help we have 2 days.

Every check I deposit here gets bounced as fraudulent. I am younger so I get depositing big checks looks strange, but after every single check is just crazy. It only happens here too. Absolutely annoying and insulting to me.
