“I was dealing with the loss of my Mother tried many hotels were a dump . We got lucky go to the Sheraton at BWI Scott was outstanding to deal with !!!!!!! He went over above and beyond to help us !!! Ask for Scott Yarnall he is the BEST !! Hotel was amazing clean, nice and friendly !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT !!!”
“Nice hotel and nice rooms. They have the Westin workout which is an upgrade from a standard gym hotel, quite a few machines and dumbbells up to 50lb. The pool was closed on 3/13/24 not sure how long that will be for.”

“I had a quick and easy check in, the room was nice, the AC works and the shower was hot. Everything was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable for a mid-level hotel. I definitely recommend.”
