the laziest post office in all of America. terrible service! How could you lose 5 out of 6 packages???? what are you even doing! terrible service, lazy staff everywhere. they charge money for the package, then can't deliver it for six months. horror!!

I had a package sent to me from Maryland. Tracking says it left linthicum facility 2 weeks ago and is on its way to next facility. Still haven’t received my package and tracking hasn’t changed in 2 weeks. This is not the first time this has happened and I’ve come to the conclusion that there must be a gang of criminals running this place. There should be an investigation, one I’m hoping to get started, seeing as the review section is nothing but people complaining about their lost mail.

Today, I had a great time at the post office thanks to Lauren. She was always smiling and very helpful, which made me feel much better after a not-so-nice encounter with another staff member who rudely declined my request for a pen (and that's why I took a star away from my review). I hope all the staff at the post office could be as friendly as Lauren!

Went twice to go get my passport done, once the lady was on break and wouldn't be back for an hour. The other timebi came few mins after 3 they told me she got off at 3. Whoever does passports

Trash can of a post office. EVERY single package I have ever gotten delivered through them has either been destroyed lost or late. Absolutely garbage how this place is run, y'all should be ashamed.

9400111206216881808718 is my tracking number. I ordered on Monday the 16th of October it is now Saturday the 21st and now is saying it will be arriving late with no date on the tracking website. The last update I got was that it’s still in transit to the next facility. I’ve tried calling already enough and no answer. At this point I don’t know what to do. I get people are busy but this is a package for my family that they really need. Any help is appreciated.

For as much as these government employees get paid to sit behind a counter and send out mail all day, apparently it's just -too much labour- to give me 2 pieces of tape to seal up my box without giving me a hard time and charging me for an entire roll of tape.

Had the best experience getting my son passport done. Had went to a different location usps before this, the one in Glen Burnie are rude and disrespectful but this was way different it did took a while but I understood they were understaffed but I still got an excited service by them
