The hotel was in the middle of renovations when she stayed there it did not disrupt our stay. We were upgraded at check in and got a wonderful corner suite. Two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom as well as a mini kitchenette in the common space. Laundry room available if needed. We took the hotel shuttle to and from both the airport and train station. Breakfast served each morning and there was a social hour a few nights a week and beer/wine and snacks.

When I booked through a third-party, they had parking listed under the amenities, which is the whole reason I booked here. When I went to check in, I was told I had to pay for parking across the street and when I told the man at the front desk, all he said was “well that’s misleading”. I then had to spend $52 on parking for one night. Horrible customer service and misleading information.

Aside from areas of the room not being clean, they are renovating the building. So, there is fresh paint, sheet rock, and sound of construction all around.

Even under construction this was a nice place to stay for a night. Front desk staff were polite and courteous, room was clean and comfortably and proximity to the airport was good.

The hotel is being renovated so there is renovation material, which is to be expected and not a problem. We were here for four days and got a suite with two bedrooms and a living space. It was a nice room but the couch was uncomfortable and worn out, but it was nothing unusable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is a little out of the way, but we had a good stay and the hot breakfast was very welcoming.

Gary is the best he went beyond to help me in my difficult situation but the GM didn’t care anything about my situation as I am a platinum customer . He never reached out to offer me a fixed rate or anything . But Betty the housekeeper was wonderful

Even though they were doing construction during my stay, and they started pretty early in the morning, it wasn't bad. Mr David that hosted the Happy Hour on Tuesday and Wednesday made our stay there a pleasure he was so nice and always asking if we had enough to eat and did we want more. He always greeted us when we came in and he made sure my daughters had a tropical fruit cup to go. I want to personally thank David for making us feel so special and for his caring and kind words.Rooms: Rooms are clean and inviting.Safety: No safety issues didn't feel uncomfortable.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good nice selection. I liked that it was a hot breakfast, and Happy Hours on Tuesday and Wednesday had great appetizers' good selection, too.

This is our new go to hotel when we come into town. It had everything we needed: free airport/train shuttle, kitchenette, breakfast with plenty of food, happy hour, pool, and free 24hr laundry. The only area of improvement would be if the pool was a little warmer and stayed own later. Service was great too.

The room was good, but Gary at the front desk went above and beyond. His customer service is something that made my stay great. Not only was he very friendly at check in, but when I missed my airport shuttle the next morning, he immediately went to act and got a lyft. Thank you.

My first time staying at a staybridge.. what a great hotel! All the staff were friendly and helpful with our questions on things to do in the area or getting a shuttle to local restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfasts were good and the common area was great for a game of cards. the pool was clean and nice. Would definitely stay at a Staybridge hotel again!

It's a decent hotel with everything you need for longer stays.Pros: free self service laundry facilities, breakfast (oatmeal and biscuits and gravy are their standouts), kitchens in every room, near the airport, and not a lot of traffic in the surrounding areaCons: There are some things that other hotels do better than them. Wifi is difficult to connect for Nintendo Switch, you have to call a tech number to connect the MAC number. There were only 2 sets of cutlery/plates stocked in the room kitchen which didn't make much sense when actually cooking because we prep and use plates during cooking just to need to wash them again before eating. At the time of my stay there were a lot of missing dumbbells. These were all small things that didn't make a difference in the grand scheme of things.

This place is gross. We paid $620 for two nights, so by far not cheap. But boy was I disappointed when we arrived around 8:30pm.The room hasn’t been cleaned and there was garbage stinking to high heavens overflowing in the kitchenette. The carpet hasn’t been cleaned in fifty years and our shoes were literally sticking to it so bad when walking that they came off. The floor in the kitchen wasn’t much better. We asked for cleaning and requested that the garbage be taken out but we’re told we have to wait until the next day since the attendant couldn’t leave the desk. I asked for a manager to call me, I’m still waiting. The carpet is torn and falling apart. Doors don’t close in the bathroom. There are stains of what appears to be epoxy glue all over counters and floor. The kitchen cabinets are broken. There were no utensils in the kitchen aside from knives and a single fork. The one pack of dishwasher powder that was here was filthy with brown disgusting stains. We asked for sheets for the pull out couch and received stained blankets and a pillow with no pillowcase. The pull out couch cushions were sticky, stained and horrifyingly gross. When we opened the couch we found garbage and debris inside the mattress. Needless to say we complained several times and asked for a manager to call us and that has not happened. The staff is lethargic and disinterested and the place is absolutely disgusting. But the good news? There’s a VCR!!Stay away!!!

The staff was a lifesaver...from Christian the night desk man making a pillow for my daughter to Jose helping to accomidate my time waiting for my wife conference offering drinks or juice for my daughter. These people really brought the stay to a great compliment ending. I'd stay here anytime im on the area just to speak with the amazing stuff . Also Thank you Leisa who made all the morning breakfast offerings stay hot and fresh. All hotels could learn from the staff in Hanover how its done....Please keep this staff together they are fabulous!!Nearby activities: Theres food delivery and kitchens in the room however the hotel supplies all you need .

Absolutely the best experience at any IHG property I’ve stayed. The staff is great and exceeds expectations. Myra, Jose, Candice, Gary (spelling), and the front desk staff are all wonderful customer service representatives. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests’ needs are met! Thank you guys and continue offering your genuine hospitality.
