Brought 2 dresses that needed to be hemmed and altered at the top. They told me they couldn’t put cups in the dress unless I bought them first. This wasn’t feasible with my timeline. I requested to alter one dress without cups. Dress still doesn’t fit. I’m out $80 and now need someone to correct their work

I have been using her for years, for everything from alterations to my suits, hemming pants, sewing on patches to jackets. She does excellence work, does it quickly and her prices are very reasonably.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! SHE LOST OVER HALF OF THE CLOTHES I BROUGHT!! THEN insisted I lost them at my house 20 minutes after picking them up! Only cost 15 bucks for two weeks worth of laundry to be washed, not worth the 100+ dollars in clothes I just lost.

High-quality dry cleaning and tailoring. They handle pressing pleats and silk with care, unlike Zips. Professional and timely service! This is my go-to dry cleaner.

If you’re getting everyday items dry cleaned, you should be okay... however, she is dishonest with larger jobs. Last year we dropped off 12 holiday table cloths for cleaning. It cost $170 (more than the table cloths cost to purchase). So this year we cleaned them and dropped off just for pressing. She accepted them & wrote $24 on the ticket. When we returned to pick up, she told us $240! She ADDED A ZERO! We told her this was more than she charged last year for cleaning and pressing the table cloths and almost $200 more than she quoted us. She crossed off $240 and wrote $200. We will not be returning.
