“I’ve been going to this laundromat for years. It’s reliable and dryers are still free. Though they leave a metallic smell on the clothes. Washers are also more expensive on each visit. The employees are very helpful, though. Thanks Faye for the help!”
“I brought my bridesmaid dress for alterations two weeks before a wedding and they turned it around so quickly and perfectly. I also dropped off some other dresses to be steamed for the wedding weekend and it was also done quickly. The owners are so lovely and I always leave with a smile on my face. I highly recommend. “God bless these people!! I went here for the first time this week to get my suit jackets dry cleaned before a work trip. I misunderstood what they said about the pickup time, and I only realized my mistake 1 minute before they closed on Sat (and I will be leaving before they open next on Mon). The woman working there offered to keep the store open an extra 15min so I could come pick my jackets up. I would have been completely screwed if she hadn't done that. I'm so appreciative.”

“This place is the best laundromat I have found in all of Baltimore city! They have many washers in all sizes to accommodate your needs...they are open 24/7 ...and they offer free drying! What more can you ask for? And there is always a attendant available to help you if needed.... the attendant that works at night he is so nice always helps me put my bags of cloths in the trunk.”
“This Laundromat is very clean and the washers and dryers are new...not all broken and out of order. To use the machines you have to load money onto a card using your debit/credit card then insert the card at the washer and/or dryers and the amount is deducted per use. And they also have a Drop Service where you let the Hipp staff do your laundry for a flat fee for you. Great convenience! The attendant is very friendly and helpful if you have any issues.”
“Not bad I have been going there twice a month for about 6 years but I'm tired of the quarters wish they could have some kind of card for the machines but I will be there as long as I need to get laundry done it's a good place to go nice and clean all machines always working and cleaning is great”

Service times are dependent on demand - it took about a week for a seam repair on my pants, along with fabric reinforcement and dry cleaning.”
“I found King’s after a lot of searching for an affordable alteration for a bridesmaid dress (just needed it hemmed). It was $55 for a hem and done in 10 days. The hem looks beautiful and was much more affordable than other places! Highly recommend King’s Cleaners!”

“Been going here off and on since 2010, and pretty consistently since our washer at home broke last summer . Gets packed on weekends, but overall great place. Love that the big washers can handle all my family’s laundry in one go most weeks. I think some of the smaller machines need to be replaced because they’ve been down for months, but most of the bigger ones work fine. 30-40 minutes to wash, 40 ish to dry, and I get a couple hours to read a book or listen to a podcast.”
