I had the pleasure of working with Raven as my leasing consultant, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience she provided. From the moment I met her, her energy was infectious, and she made me feel genuinely valued as a prospective resident. I was initially on the fence about Avalon, but Raven's amazing energy, resourcefulness, and dedication changed my mind. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, address any concerns, and ensure I felt confident in my decision. Although I didn't end up signing the lease this time, Avalon is definitely at the top of my list if I ever need to rent an apartment again—and that's all thanks to Raven!

I had a great tour with Raven earlier. She was so friendly and professional. She gave me all of the information I needed. I toured the apartment, a one - bedroom and really liked what I saw. Avalon Arundel Crossing seems to be a nice community with great staff and amenities.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my experience at Avalon Arundel Crossing. Despite the premium price point of the apartments, the management's lack of care for residents' well-being and the severe shortcomings in customer service have made my time here highly unsatisfactory.
From the outset, the level of maintenance and service has been consistently subpar. Routine issues, such as the malfunctioning of key amenities, have taken an unreasonable amount of time to resolve. The management’s approach to resolving these issues has often been dismissive, showing a concerning lack of urgency.
The most egregious incident, however, occurred recently when my brand new car—temp tags registered under a disabled veteran—was towed from the premises without any warning or valid reason. This action was unjust and management response was deeply disrespectful.
This level of insensitivity and negligence is unacceptable for a community that markets itself as a high-end living option. I strongly urge potential renters to reconsider before choosing Avalon Arundel Crossing, as the premium pricing is clearly not reflected in the quality of service or respect for residents.
A truly and deeply disappointing experience overall at Avalon Arundel Crossing. Avoid at all costs.

The property is really clean and upscale especially allowing pets. Jocelyne provided 5 star service setting up the tour! It is also close to the airport and railway station.

I truly enjoyed the tour and meeting Raven who was very bubbly and welcoming. I felt like I went to a resort and wanted to partake in the amenities. Unfortunately, it's a little too small for my family as we are leaving a town home and need more space.

Worked with Raven to get setup with an apartment almost immediately. She was incredibly helpful and walked me through everything I needed and helped me find exactly what I wanted. The application process was super simple, the only downside is how fast the apartments go!

Outside of the spacious closet in the 1 bedroom, this place leaves much to be desired. You pay for parking yet if you come home after 6, you’re hard pressed to find a parking spot near your building. Want a spot? Pay even more money for a reserved spot. After 10? Good luck finding a spot within the gates. Oh! The gates that they refuse to repair because “yall keep breaking them.” If you live on any floor other than the 4th floor, be prepared to hear your upstairs neighbors every time they take a step above you. Don’t bother complaining because the leasing office will simply try to convince you that it’s your next door neighbors because of “how the building is built.” All in all, I try to enjoy the pluses but the minuses tend to overshadow them on any good day.

Raven was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Throughout the entire process she made sure I was being taken care of and even going out of her way to confirm questions about the unit. She was so helpful the entire process and I recommended some of my friends to move in at this location simply because of the experience I had with her.

Raven was so helpful very informative. She answered all my questions and even was patient with me. Moving can be very stressful and deciphering. All the amenities and the safety to enter the buildings were pluses for me.

I came in to see some apartments today and it was very very easy to navigate the area with Raven’s guidance. It is a nice area with comfortable housing. It even has an outdoor swimming pool with multiple BBQ areas.

Shout out to Jocelyne Velasquez for making my experience awesome! She has been so instrumental in making my moving process go smoothly. She answered any questions I had, and provided me with ways to save some cash lol. The neighborhood is quiet and clean too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a ne place to call home.

Did not decide to go with this apartment but Raven was absolutely wonderful throughout the showing process. She made sure to answer all of my questions and even accommodated a last minute second showing so that my mom could see the potential unit. Thanks again Raven!

In the process of moving here for a job. I toured with Amani who was really great. I looked at a bunch of complexes in the area and this one had the best amenities for the price. If you tour, I'd recommend working with her as she's super knowledgeable and kind.
