“When I went in, I got an immediate greeting and offer of assistance from Matt. I took him up on this right away as I knew I wanted to hear the Laney Gh50L I bought. I tried it out with Epiphone Riviera that was in another finish (Royal Tan) from the Red one I’d bought the week before at another store. Almost as an afterthought, I got the eq pedal.
I appreciated the assistance as sometimes staff have gone about their business while I was there. I spent $1200 when I wasn’t convinced I was going to spend anything.

“Great work done with great care! I received a firm, timely estimate before work began on a studio monitor and a cassette deck. I received a promise that if repairs were not possible or satisfactory I would not be charged, not even for the diagnosis. The estimate was spot on and I was updated at every stage of the repair. More than once I was asked if the cost seemed appropriate and manageable. I'm a fussy, old professional musician/audio guy, in love with my "vintage" gear. Having been hustled in almost every state, I'm naturally leery so I phoned all over the city. Imagine my joy in finding a shop peopled by humans as particular as I am. My gear was in the hands of Marshall, an excellent audio technician. Don't put your gear in the hands of indifferent automatons. (Plenty of those around.) “Josh @UbreakIfix Glen Burnie is 100% trustworthy. I took a new used phone in that had (we thought) a shattered screen. After helping me navigate the Asurion process and clear everything off the phone for a replacement as per the Asurion policy, we realized that the phone had been fitted with an excellent screen protector(neither had detected it) and the phone wasn't broken at all! He suggested I try to cancel the claim and patiently waited while I got the agent to take care of it. Josh made no money at all with this interaction, but I will be sure to recommend to anyone and everyone to go to UBreakIFix Glen Burnie for all their device repair needs!!”

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They don't make 'em like John anymore (intelligent, nice, genuine, wise, straight-shooter, funny). I'm sure anyone that has previously worked with John would validate all those character traits. I brought my speaker in for warranty repair and John took great care of me! “I needed my phone screen replaced bc I had shattered it the night before. So after looking up screen repair near me this is one of the locations that came up. I chose this location bc the reviews were excellent.
I got there right when they opened and told him I needed the screen replaced. After looking at the phone we realized my home button also needed to be replaced. However, I couldn’t afford to do both. ( even though the screen repair price was very reasonable)
So, 20 minutes later I went back and he had replaced my screen but also made it so I had a “home” button to use. He basically made my home button on my screen to use until I could afford to come back and have it officially fixed. He did this for no extra charge!!

“Been here plenty of times for typical iPhone screen repair & LCD repair. Today I came in for what I thought would maybe be a whole new phone replacement, turned into just needing a cleaning for my charger port that wouldn’t hold a charge & overheat. In & out 15 min. The best !!!”
