Horrible Customer service. I just transferred from to Verizon and automatically wanted to cancel my services. I waited two hours just to be told I cannot be helped smh. The only person who was nice was Wes. Which is the youngest in there. Sad to say but the other people seem a bit racist in my opinion. It was horrible I no longer want Verizon. My wife is the only reason i considered them. I know people have long days at work, don’t take it out on customers. Just hire more people they need help. I will never go to this location again.

BEWARE! THIS IS NOT A REAL VERIZON STORE! They are only a third party carrier. They refused to honor a purchase made through Verizon and allow an iPhone pick up even after Verizon contacted the store manager directly. They claimed they could not see the Verizon installment agreement on their website and actually demanded that we pay upfront for a $900 iPhone in order to release the phone for pick up. This is again after we provided them with proof of the agreement. Definitely do not shop here. Purchase directly from Verizon or the Apple Store!

Picked up 2 iphones from Ki. He always does a outstanding job. I have been buying phones from him for the past 8 years. And he is my go to for anything I need. He even showed me how to do things I never new I could.Verizon can be complicated. But with Ki it's simplefly.

Went in to trade in my phone after buying the new iPhone. Guy who helped me was rude and kept giving me snarky rude responses when I would ask a question as if I should have known them. Would not goto this location. Just go 10 minutes down the road to the other Verizon store.

the guy who started my startup took too long he messed up the whole start up spent almost 3hrs in Verizon i took another employee to fix his mistakes but i do love my new Verizon phone abd new plan

This is the only Verizon store that I will use in Southern Maryland. Friendly and professional staff that never fails to meet and exceed expectations.
