The glass was cracked in my garage door. No help from the garage maker or anyone else. Called Tri County Glass and they were really nice over the phone, took my measurements down there and they had my replacement glass cut in 5 minutes at a very resealable price. I will go back if I need anything else glass related. Glass looks better than the other glass on my garage door.

Friendly staff, great workmanship. I caught a big rock on my Escalade windshield this morning and they worked me in to repair the spider crawl before it required a new windshield. Awesome customer service!!!

Tri-County was hired to install and fix a product installed for our business. The product they installed continues to fail. We have called multiple times to inform them of the issue and each time the owner gets very short on the phone and once he looks at it says that it's fine. It is not. We've had all other functions and aspects of the product looked at by all parties that may be involved and each time we are told that it is the mechanism installed by Tri-County that is causing the issue. He was very unprofessional and rude, has had multiple no shows to appointments, and the list goes on. We ultimately had to find a different vendor to fix the issue.
