“Yes once again I stopped in that store here to make my payment and lesson Park and Nicole waited on me very polite very helpful and it's always there to help me with my every needs I do not mind paying a late fee but I do not like Marcy at the main number telling me I'm late in the 1st of every month Marcy needs to get a life and get another job because she does not know what customer service means she doesn't understand by us paying these storage sheds is also helping to pay her rent we were helping her pay her bills okay please don't ever get rid of Nicole she's the best of the best she's very professional and very polite to me every time I come in the office thank you for having an employee like Nicole have a great day”
