This is a fantastic find, great service and extremely fair prices.
Martinez is a superb asset...he welcomes you in and provides top notch service. I was pleased to be treated with respect and observed that everyone that showed was as well. I observed that they were able to meet everyone's needs and wants as they arrived.
What I appreciate the most was that Martinez presented me with all my options for service and there was absolutely no sales pressure.......that in itself is amazing! I recommend PTAC to anyone who needs service. Thank you all for the great service.

Brought my car in for an oil change and they inspected everything. Tightened up my front end and all problems went away. This is after a shop in California(state) replaced my control arms. Car drives perfect now and no noise!

This is the only place I will go for getting work done on any of my vehicles.My car failed the state inspection, so I brought it to Precision to do the work. They called me back stating my car did not need the work that the inspection called for. The workers even went out of their way to call the State Inspector to verify their recommendation of the work not being necessary. The inspector agreed with the Precision, and this saved me well over $2,000.00.I have never gone some place where the company cares for the customer and not making money. They are caring and honest, I will always recommend others to go here for repairs.Thank you again for your kindness!
