I was and continue to be impressed with the quality of service this particular PNC branch provides. They work as a team, they are always friendly, and after having a very bad experience with a scam, the situation was handled in a professional and courteous manner. Thank you, PNC!

I don't usually use branch services, but at a nearby PNC with a very odd request, Nerissa Curtin was so invested in her information AND my needs. I've been to this branch several (3-4) times and have been treated like it was all about me. You all keep it up! Times are trying and Big Corp doesn't want to fill all those teller windows because the more you do the more they expect. I feel you, but you all SHINE!

Their check cashing process takes a longer time than expected, but it makes it safer by checking ID's , signature and bank accounts to verify identity.

We loved PNC we absolutely had no problems ... And we had to close the accounts bc we moved to WV there needs to be a branch in fayette county WV. We still haven't found a bank as good as PNC.

Poor customer service and lack of effort.I called to set up an appointment to open new accounts and the representative informed me they would check on who is available. I called a few hours later to ask why no one called me back, the gentleman let me know he was waiting for the afternoon meeting. I waited until the end of the business day and still no call back.They lost my business but it seemed like they don’t want new customers anyway.

These people have no idea what they are doing, wouldnt let me cash a check and told me if i deposited my check it would be in my account by midnight that night, spoilers it wasnt.

This is the second time I've used the tellers inside of Giant. Neither times did they ask for my ID, just for my debit card which has no picture on it, and didn't require me to type my PIN number. Aside from that, I've been waiting for 50 minutes for a simple cashiers check that two employees have been trying to issue without luck. Will not be returning to this location again. The only up side is that they are friendly and apologetic.

The best thing I like is they don't have no ridiculous maintenance fee.... Like bank of America....
