The front desk staff was very friendly and the vet tech explained everything she was going to do BEFORE she did it, how much it was going to cost and how long the procedure would take. April started working with us when Nevie was just 9 weeks, and I am amazed at how far Nevie has come. We even did board and train for 7 days, and felt completely comfortable and at ease leaving her. April also followed up after each session with training plans and videos to make it easier for practicing. I highly recommend.
