When I saw the car from a distance it look good. but as I got closer it had to dints on the side and a lil scratch. When I drove the car it was around the parking lot because they didn't have no tag. The next day I notice while washing the car the front of the grill was detached and the hood was scratch up as well. Later that day the car was jumping when the speed is elevated. The Alignment was off and the wheel bearing is still making a washing machine sound and you can hear the shocks pressure when going over a hump. I reach out on that Monday about these problems and the AC that was schedule to be replace. They told me they will have to have a tag for a loaner to do the repairs. I have been calling and it seem like they are ignoring me and not giving a called back. I am now saving money to try to get something done because when it rains its not safe to drive. I have officially brought a LEMON CAR. I have never had this problem when buying a used car. Normally it takes a at lease 3 years before changing anything on the car. I made an hour and a half drive to be let down.

One small ding, the car detailing on pickup could have been completed better. All windows (inside) were not cleaned very well, many smudges, smears, and lint left behind. Understand that the sale and vehicle pickup was completed late in the day, but this should not matter for a new car sale.

This dealership completely ruined my first car buying experience. I will never again trust the word of a dealer salesperson. I ordered a Maverick from here in the summer of 2022 and waited 15 months to receive it ONLY FOR THEM TO HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG TRUCK. IT WAS COMPLETELY THEIR MISTAKE. I was more than understanding at the time that this happened and I bought the truck (a Ford rebate was attached to the VIN) and took their offer of ordering a new truck and then swapping it when it came in. THEY OFFERED THIS TO ME. Their Sales Manager Mike completely mislead me when the time came to get the new truck, instead claiming that I would need to spend an extra $3,000 for the new truck. I had only ordered $750 worth of options!!!! They ended up ghosting me (the General Manager never even had the gall to call me the entire time) and I'm sure they sold my truck to someone else. I'm sure problem-free transactions go well here but if there are any hiccups, they're a nightmare. Now I'm stuck with a truck that I don't want because they didn't want their owners to know how badly they screwed up. Avoid.

Last month, I went to Lexington Park to test drive the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus. A couple hours later; I was approved, purchased the vehicle, and drove it home. It was my first time visiting this dealership; all the employees greeted me and made me feel right at home. If you are looking to buy a Ford or Lincoln, I highly recommend going to Lexington Ford for top notch customer service.
