My mother-in-law lives in California, MD and has been a devoted client to Vicky/Lemon for over a decade. My sister-in-law lives in Baltimore and has her hair cut by Vicky/Lemon when she visits since 2007. I personally prefer long hair and rarely get even a basic trim (maybe 2x a year) up in Baltimore but, found myself needing (not necessarily wanting) to get my hair cut ASAP while visiting for the holidays. My M-I-L called Vicky/Lemon to see what was available between today 12/28/18 and 01/01/19. Vicky/Lemon said she was scheduled to leave after her 4 PM appt and would be off until after the new year. I figured, well it was a last minute request; you win some you lose some. But Vicky/Lemon offered to stay a little later than planned, just for me. I needed 13" to 15" chopped off. She looked at pics of my ideas, took my face shape into consideration and asked about my daily routine before helping me come up with a specific cut that would suit me best given those factors. KEY POINTS: 1) She truly listened to me. 2) She actually gave me the cut we agreed on. 3) There were no surprises. 4) The salon was well cared for & reflected the pride each stylists had in their work environment. 5) She was very personable. 6) Losing 15" of hair is pretty dramatic, can be traumatic and I truly hate personal changes BUT 7) Her cut has given me zero buyer's remorse. It was a wonderful experience, start to finish. I guarantee that my future haircuts will sync up with my family trips to California, MD because, though she may not know it yet, she is now my stylist of choice. I'm picky about my hair and have never given a stylist a review and yet here I am encouraging you to frequent Cedar Point Hair Salon and to ask for Vicky. Trust is required between the person who wears the hair and the person whose is cutting hair said hair. I highly urge you to trust Vicky/Lemon. Thank you, Vicky!
