We needed a state inspection done same day and Z made it happen. He made the process painless and we cannot be more grateful. And yes, I expected to pay more than $75 for the immediate inspection and understand that there is a "starting" price for many things in the service industry .... my lack of foresight and planning should have an extra price attached! Thank you for your help, Mr Z! Our car is safely home and ready for its new registration tags!!

Gohar, customer service skills are second to none. Bought in my car to have brakes and rotor replaced. Easy process, however brakes started squeaking but I believe that’s due to where I purchased them. All around great service

Beware that the staff here will scam you. We came here for the state inspection, in which we were given falsified numbers on the rotor. After taking it to the dealership, they had every mechanic in the shop test it, and they confirmed that the mechanic at a to z auto body did not accurately report the numbers, telling us we had to replace the good part to pass the inspection. We are submitting a report against this body shop with the assistance of the dealership that confirmed the falsified numbers. Do not trust this shop, even for a simple inspection. The way you reply to other reviews is very unprofessional and telling of the suspicious activity in the shop. Say whatever you want back to this review, you’re still getting reported to the state troopers office! And you will hopefully be dealing with the consequences of attempting to scam customers.

They straight up lied to me about when my work would be done. They told me if I had it there by 2pm it would be done by 4pm. I called at 4:30 and they hadn't even started yet. I guess they were afraid I would go elsewhere. Work itself was fine.

BE WARNED! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY FAR AWAY! Completely overpriced, basically charging dealer prices, without the dealer guarantees. When I explained that I had concerns about the price and for Z to call me, I never received a call back despite multiple calls trying to reach him. Instead they completed the repair without finalizing the price forcing me to pay the price originally quoted. They also neglected to say that they charge a 3.99% fee to use a credit card. This was never disclosed although they knew I would be using a credit card. I learned this only upon arriving physically to the shop to pick up the car. When I explained to Z that was never disclosed prior, he took no responsibility. Very deceptive and fraudulent practices.

Z is a total complete liar & fraud!! I have our conversation recorded, if I can figure out how to upload on here I will so everyone can be aware of him! He’s a scam & a fraud!! I know someone who use to work with him & he gave me a heads up so I put my phone on record & sat it on his front desk counter while he flat out told me what he was going to charge me for! I have the entire conversation recorded! Let’s not forget it took him 4 days to refund me my money for a service he didn’t do! I have the paper & receipt for proof plus the recording. Z is definitely a fraud! He said how he has daughters but yet he screws over single woman, single mothers at that! He only refunded me $300 when he was supposed to refund me a total of $463. Yes, $463 & all I wanted done was a state inspection which has a sign outside that says $75 but I paid $463!! I’m still waiting on the other $163 from him which he said he wasn’t going to refund but he did nothing to my car! I don’t even think he inspected it like I asked so I paid for NOTHING!! Z is a complete liar & total fraud! DO NOT TAKE UR VEHICLE TO HIM FOR ANY SERVICES!

Brought our car there for inspection they charge us 186. All other places was $80. I called and said $75 when it was done they charge us 186 even it's posted on their sticker it's $75. This people are thief. I called 5 places and the highest was $92. The charge 3x of the price

My 2006 Jeep wrangler's clutch failed while my high school aged daughter was driving it at night. The owner understood the concern that a kid was stuck on the road and made it a priority get to her and tow it to the shop quickly. I have a mechanic that I trust already, but he wanted the business and said he had the experts to fix it right. We negotiated a good price and he stuck to it. I had it back in no time and the Jeep has never performed better. Just a great, honest and fair experience all around. Would highly recommend!

This is the most expensive place to get a Maryland State Inspection and they also charge you by your vehicle so a car is different than a SUV a SUV is different than a truck and then on top of that they charge you a shop fee so it's $175 at this place for an inspection for a 12-year-old vehicle with nothing wrong with it LOL not if I could have gave less than a one-star rating I would have

Went the to get a tire and rim switched out but all of the sudden the owner had a family emergency and had to leave. I had just finished the paperwork and was told that they could not work on my vehicle. Easy job but I guess it wasnt worth their time.
