We’ve been living here at The Hamptons for 2 years now & absolutely LOVE it! Our apartment is extremely spacious w/ high end appliances, granite countertops, vinyl flooring, high ceilings, and a huge balcony.
The office team Lisa, Nicole & Martha do a great job of maintaining the property making sure everything is kept not only looking beautiful but functioning (automatic doors, security measures, grills, pool itself as well as the patio furniture) You can tell that they actually care about our complex! Also we know them by name because they’ve been here the entire time we have. It’s nice to be able to speak w/ the same person and not have rotating employee turnover like so many other apt complexes do.
There’s a lot of amenities here at the complex that we love taking advantage of especially the pool, sauna, gym, pool tables, and the clubhouse!
It’s also extremely convenient being in walking distance to the downtown district w/ all the local restaurants & wharf.
Really happy we decided to choose The Hamptons as our new home ❤️

I have been living at the Hamptons just over 1 year. I love everything EXCEPT the person or persons who is smoking marijuana in the building or in their apartment or on their balcony or their patio. It is an awful bad odor. Please please please stop! Thanks!

I called to get information and spoke with Lisa who is the property manager and she was so sweet and helpful, so i decided to set up to come in and look at the property and apartments they are beautiful with the hard wood flooring and garnet counter tops and the amenity's are perfect for what i was looking for very excited to be moving here in the Spring!

I love living at The Hamptons. The apartment is very spacious and every unit has a washer and dryer. The building is always clean and fresh. The managers are very friendly and pleasant and always make sure that our needs are met. The maintenance man always fixes our problems big or small the same day we call. The units are a little pricey but the amenities are worth it and the location is perfect.

Lisa, Nicole, your management of this property is commendable!The Hamptons has/is a very good complex because of your efforts to ensure the facilities and amenities are clean, in great working order and of the highest standards. James and his team have been nothing but impeccable in ensuring maintenance of the apartments is conducted in a very timely manner, and do not leave until all maintenance needs are met; even if they have to stay back after hours to get the job done. For anyone looking for accommodation in Leonardtown, I cannot recommend this complex enough. You will feel very satisfied with your decision to live in such a great location! ~ Gary Singh

If I could give this place a zero I would. Absolutely the most unqualified staff ever. The maintenance man is clueless and the office staff is completely incompetent. They will lie to you in a heartbeat and have ways to squeeze every penny out of you at move out. They advertise as a gated and secure community and 90% of the time the gate is either broken or the front doors are. I wouldn’t recommend for my worst enemy! Good luck if this is what you choose. Read your paperwork good! Extremely overpriced as well!
