Beyond thrilled with my hair! Kaitlyn went above and beyond for me! She stayed late and gave me my purple and rainbow hair of my dreams! Truly it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience! Thank you so much, Kaitlyn! Thank you to all the rest of the staff that stopped by and expressed all their excitement!

Okay, it has been a month since my service. I didn't want to write the review upset so I did give it some time.
This was my first time coming here. I got a hair treatment, facial, haircut and brows done. I was leaving to Texas for a week so I wanted to pamper myself.
I want to say that the people that worked on on my services were amazing and sweet people. However.... the only service that I was happy about was my facial.
I would never come back here to get my brows done. I left the salon with completely two different brow shapes. She messed up the "easier" brow and somehow managed to just give me two completely looking brows. Luckily I know how to fill them in, but it's now a task that I have to do everyday or I will look crazy.
My haircut!! This pains me to say this because she was incredibly nice. But geez, did she mess up my hair and I have to wear it in a short ponytail every day. My hair was very long and I have a lot of it. I wanted it trimmed to my bra strap and lots of layers so my hair can have body and movement. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she completely missed the mark. When she was "done" she realized that my hair still looked like a blob. I told her that it was not enough layers. She refused to use the texturizing scissors , not sure why...
Somehow more layers turned into cutting my hair shorter. So she cut my hair to my collar bone and now it's at the awkward growth phase length with still no layers or movement. I honestly expected more from a level 4 stylist.
So now I have mismatched brows and a horrible haircut.
My facial was great, and I appreciated the attention to detail.
I would return for a facial however, I would not come back here for a haircut or to get my brows done.
I also wanted to add, the girl at the front desk wanted to cancel one of my services when I arrived because the timing did not align. I had called numerous times to make sure that scheduling was good as I had added a service (eyebrows) a week prior. Apparently, someone overbooked someone idk. But instead of coming up with a win-win-win solution or strategy she wanted to cancel one of my appointments, a customers, instead of accommodating.... I told her to not cancel my appointment and that I would wait. I waited no more 10 minutes, everything was fine!
It was definitely not a great first impression at this salon.

Very nice salon, especially if you have wavy or curly hair! Camile was amazing, and it was the first time I had my hair washed and dried with its natural texture. Very happy with my haircut, and would definitely recommend :))

S-Kape Salon & Spa is a cool salon that offers many services and also has a little boutique. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I love the atmosphere.
Kaitlyn did an amazing job on my hair as she always does. She patiently listened to me explain what I was looking for. She then explained to me the processes that she would be doing and how they would work to get the results that I wanted which I appreciated. She knows her stuff. I love the end result - it is exactly what I was looking for. She is always friendly and makes you feel immediately comfortable. I love chatting with her. I highly recommend this Salon and especially Kaitlyn.

Rachel was my stylist and, not only is she incredible, but she has taught me so much about how to take care of my hair. She doesn’t mind being peppered with questions and if you’re feeling chatty, she will carry on a lovely conversation with you. If you’re not feeling chatty, she respects that too. I can’t think of any constructive ideas to offer. She’s just everything I want in a stylist.

Micaela is Awesome! She brought life back into my daughter’s beautiful curls and made her a Very Happy young lady!
She is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. 100% Recommend, especially if you have curly hair. She also does a great brow wax too. Love mine. We left Super Happy & look forward to our next visit.

got gel-x for the first time done by Reagan. absolutely LOVED her. she was able to answer all questions i had and definitely convinced me to switch to gel-x from acrylic. super professional and, over-all, a sweet person. thank you Reagan, i love my nails!

I have been going to S-Kape for almost 10 years and have seen Laura for a couple of years, then Kayla for a couple of years, which both ladies always did a fantastic job on my hair. Due to my work schedule conflicts at the time, I had to change stylists again, and for the past 5 years, I’ve been seeing Ashleigh! She is amazing and knows my hair and will tell me quickly if I’m being too unrealistic with certain blonde/icy tone colors. She tried it my way once and it was a disaster- the color aged me! Lol, I was not upset! From then on, I’ve learned to listen to her advice and trust the professional! She’s honestly great and I can’t say enough wonderful things about S-Kape and the ladies. I’ve had massages, spray tans and get my hair done religiously every 5-6 wks, I won’t go anywhere else,

I wouldn't recommend getting your nails done here. I had to pay 70 dollars, 20 of which was for acrylic removal. I find that to be absolutely absurd it takes all of five minutes to remove the product. Who knew I would have to go buy my own dremel if I wanted to avoid that fee. I also got charged 10 dollars for a "design" even though my nails were painted a solid brown color. The "hard gel" that was used can be bought on Amazon and is already lifting 5 days after getting my nails done. Absolutely ridiculous. No hate to the tech, she was very nice but the products and pricing are disgusting.

Kayla was my stylist today. She did an amazing job on my hair that I completely killed with bleach. She explained all the products she used on me and her washing skills almost made me fall asleep. She definitely listened and followed through with how I wanted my hair cut. I will always book with her from now on. Thank you Kayla for saving my hair madness!
