Staff is always very friendly, but every time I visit for one to few transactions I am in the drive-thru line a minimum of 15 minutes. It’s not once in a while, it’s every time. Sorry to leave a not great review, but knowing I need to stop there makes me add 20 minutes to my schedule because I know I can’t stop in quickly. :(

This branch is full of friendly staff, any time I have ever had issues they have been quick to resolve and provide assistance. The only downfall, is having to bring a flashlight with me during each visit.

I always have issues with this branch's drive up ATM but today it ate my check. I went inside to try and get it resolved but all they do is put in a request with corporate to look into it and it can take up to 10 days before I get my money! Absolutely absurd!

This is the only bank I have ever seen that doesn't want my money. The atm's outside rarely function properly. On the rare chance they aren't out of service and you need to make a deposit, they won't accept what you have. Need to deposit cash? Too bad, checks only, and vice versa. Need to deposit both? Oh well, not accepting either. Also charges you if the machine decides to shut down with your card in it and eats it.

I've been a PNC Bank customer for years, and I've had this problem twice this year You guys need to replace your outside ATM machines at your leonardtown location. This is the second time I have gone cash my check and the machine would not read the amount on my check correctly and when I ask the machine to return my check it shreds my check. Now I have to wait three additional days to get my money and I needed it today Thank you for inconveniencing me and ruining my day. How many people are you going to let this problem affect before you fix it?

Horrible bank with horrible customer service . I do not recommend. Very rude people to talk with and they seem not to care. Plenty of financial institutions out there avoid doing business with PNC they are not customer oriented and they will try to tack on fees for anything they can.

This PNC branch is one of the best banks I have ever dealt with! I had an urgent and complex issue related to our house closing, and the helpful folks at the branch (especially Nolan W.) patiently and methodically worked through the issue in a very professional and courteous manner. The service has exceeded my expectations and based on my positive experience I can highly recommend the branch to you without reservations.

Nice bank and nice people, just really hard to get in and out of. Have to go all the way to town and turn around instead of going through two lanes of traffic
