“This was my first time at Snead’s Ace Hardware! I entered the store & was greeted by a young man, I unfortunately don’t know his name, but younger gentlemen maybe late teens to early 20’s w/ dark brown shoulder length hair working at some counter in middle of store! I asked if they had a bathroom & he got his key & walked me into back area to use it! On the way, he also showed me where the plant pots were that I was there for!

Then after looking around & finding some items, I headed to checkout & Deborah was an absolute delight! She was warm & friendly and even took the time to get the manager, who was very personable as well, to confirm my item was discounted properly! Then she so graciously got me signed up for Rewards Card, love her! I highly recommend them if you enjoy being treated like a friend, not a transaction!! ☮️?”

“We were planning and organizing a material order for an eight foot high shadow box privacy fence. I went to the local Lowes to try to obtain the 560 1 x 6 pickets needed, but they were unable to get them even though there was stock at a Lowes Virginia store. J C at Dyson understood what I was looking for and suggested a 1x 6 pressure treated product that fit the bill and at a very fair price. He delivered as promised. This is a fine locally owned business that will earn your support.”

He showed us several different models and spoke knowledgeably about the pros and cons of each.
