FD Drivers: Friendly staff very easy backing and plenty of Space for maneuvering.The one thing I would suggest depending on what your next store is if this is not the last 1. Is that when you go to leaveGo around the building to your right, not your left. Because if you go to the left when you get out to the main road, you can only turn right.

Store in Leonardtown, MD, Monday May 29 at 5:00 pm. Hard to have an issue with employees when the manager on duty happens to be one of the rudest people around.I used to be a customer.

Nice store. Nice prices. Rude staff. Cashier was on the phone with someone the whole time and when she rung me up she was still taking on the phone and did not greet me or even talk to me. The only words she said to me was my total. Bad service

Horrible store. Poor management, Poor staff, and Poor Customer Service. Supervisor Michael is the worse representative for the store right now. Does not know anything about being a manager. Id rather go to Dollar General any day. That store hasn't been right since Jo left. Sad store!!!!!!

So, I'm in Leonardtown Family Dollar today picking up some toiletries. The kids were picking out there toy for doing their chores this week. Jeffy starts yelling "I have to p*** Mommy! I have to p*** now!". I start to look for a bathroom or a employee. Walking around, Jeffy still crying to use the bathroom, I start to call out "excuse me" "hello" "excuse me, is there a employee that can help me". After about a full 60 seconds of calling for help, a male employee (that clearly tried to dodge me seconds prior) walks out of an aisle and says "you know, your just rude" (while holding a cell phone to his ear) Me: Excuse me! My son has to use the bathroom and that was pretty rude of you! Family Dollar Employee: No your rude. We dont have a bathroom and you can get out of this store. Naturally, I got pissed and said a few select words and walked out, leaving a full cart. The employee walked out the store to continue arguing with me as I'm trying to get away from him and get to the Food Lion bathroom. I get to the bathroom with the kids and notice my kids are still holding their toys from Family Dollar. After Jeffy finished we went back to put the toys back. The employee, of course made sure to come tell me I needed to leave the store again. I assured him I was just returning toys I didn't know my kids had and that I didn't want to shop in that store ever again. After I left and put the kids in the car the man ran back outside waving me over to him. I hopped out the car to find out what he wanted and he asked me if I wanted to come back in and buy my stuff. I said, absolutely not and explained once again that my son had to use the bathroom and that he was way out of line. That made him mad all over again. Never again will I set foot in that store.
