I absolutely LOVE the staff and groomers at Earth Wise!! After my daughter and I took our beloved Bentley Boy there for his first groom session we were SOLD! No more trips to PetSmart EVER. The experience We had was amazing, our big fur-baby fell in love with all the staff instantly, and vise versa. Our boy really took to his fave groomer (Syke) She's the absolute BEST, and is so patient, sweet and gentle with our big baby. As well as everyone else who works there, but our Bentley Boy and Syke have that perfect connection and he adores her. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants the best customer service, friendly and helpful staff, and amazingly patient, caring and gentle groomers, to head straight over and book an appt today!! You won't be disappointed I promise ????

Very friendly, store is clean, well stocked carrying a variety of very high quality foods and treats not found elsewhere locally. Sure I could order online, but it’s nice to have a local store willing to keep what you need on hand. Amazon and chewy are just fine as a backup now to this store.

This was my dog's first trip to this groomer and Maeci was patient and did a great job on Brody. Their pricing is very competitive and we received a great value for the price paid. We will be a repeat customer and I would recommend Maeci to anyone asking.

We had Amanda as our groomer and she was THE BEST!!! Very sweet and kind with our dog, it was his first time getting groomed and she didn’t push him past his limits and respected our training with him! I’m so happy with his grooming and his experience in general, she eased my anxiety a lot and made it so enjoyable for me and for my dog(: would HIGHLY recommend her and Earthwise pet store for grooming! and she gave him the CUTEST bandana!!!! It was also so nice that she walked through the appointment with us and how well behaved he was, what I need to work on with him, and even some training tips to prepare him for his next grooming! I just can’t rave enough about Amanda and how enjoyable this was!! Thank you!!!!

The staff is usually pretty good however today I took my 2 Pomeranians to get a puppy cut and they were shaved practically hairless. I am so disappointed . And their faces aren’t evenly trimmed either

It was my dog’s first time grooming with them. They nicely groomed her and they’re always friendly with me and my dog when we shopping around their products. Making an appointment was easy. They sent me a couple reminders with texts twice, and second reminder was final confirmation. Also, called me once to be secure. I show up there 5 minutes prior.

Took my dog Jack here for the first time to get him groomed. I asked that they try and get as much hair off as they can, since he is shedding his coat. Gina took such great care of him and he looked amazing! I can tell she took her time. It was also great to hear her feedback about Jack and that he behaved well. Will definitely be bringing him here regularly!

Horrendous customer service. Told my mom she was lying about her appt time and we’re just down right rude. Absolutely no willingness to help make things better. We’ll be sure to tell everyone not to go there.
