She kept calm, (I was not) she knew just how to help me, she got things in motion, and she followed up when she didn't have to. She has definitely set the bar high. “The staff at the leonardtown birdies goes above and beyond ! I order pizza at this location all the time and it’s always my girl Kelly taking my order ! They are always very fast and kind and I enjoy chitchatting with them as I wait for my pizza. HOWEVER they changed the cheese they use on their pizza and it tastes gross now ? please change the cheese back or you will be loosing a good customer !”

“I absolutely LOVE the staff and groomers at Earth Wise!! After my daughter and I took our beloved Bentley Boy there for his first groom session we were SOLD! No more trips to PetSmart EVER. The experience We had was amazing, our big fur-baby fell in love with all the staff instantly, and vise versa. Our boy really took to his fave groomer (Syke) She's the absolute BEST, and is so patient, sweet and gentle with our big baby. As well as everyone else who works there, but our Bentley Boy and Syke have that perfect connection and he adores her. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants the best customer service, friendly and helpful staff, and amazingly patient, caring and gentle groomers, to head straight over and book an appt today!!
