“We’ve been living here at The Hamptons for 2 years now & absolutely LOVE it! Our apartment is extremely spacious w/ high end appliances, granite countertops, vinyl flooring, high ceilings, and a huge balcony.

The office team Lisa, Nicole & Martha do a great job of maintaining the property making sure everything is kept not only looking beautiful but functioning (automatic doors, security measures, grills, pool itself as well as the patio furniture) You can tell that they actually care about our complex! Also we know them by name because they’ve been here the entire time we have. It’s nice to be able to speak w/ the same person and not have rotating employee turnover like so many other apt complexes do.

There’s a lot of amenities here at the complex that we love taking advantage of especially the pool, sauna, gym, pool tables, and the clubhouse!

It’s also extremely convenient being in walking distance to the downtown district w/ all the local restaurants & wharf.

Really happy we decided to choose The Hamptons as our new home ❤️”

“My grandparents love it. They say it's well constructed. That its keep it clean. Lots to do. There are free dinners from time to time. They like bingo. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Good access to health care and physical therapy nearby. Handicap accessible wortwith even severe disability.”

“I have lived here for almost two years .I love it here nice quiet community neighbors are nice and respectful. The maintenance team is attentive and friendly to needs of the residents .I have no complaints. The property is located min from everything , , shopping, restaurants,more shopping lol we have a movie theater 3 1/2min up the road .My favorite is the ice shop down the street (yummy ) This is by far one of the best properties I've had the pleasure of living at !????”

“I was very happy with how our tour went at going to look at a town home in Greenview . Especially how personal , kind and informative Teering Green was . She answered all my questions , but also she was very helpful with other resources to help us secure a place . From what I’ve experienced and have seen so far the community looks to be a friendly, safe , and active area, and so close to everything you need shopping wise etc.”
