This was my first time at Snead’s Ace Hardware! I entered the store & was greeted by a young man, I unfortunately don’t know his name, but younger gentlemen maybe late teens to early 20’s w/ dark brown shoulder length hair working at some counter in middle of store! I asked if they had a bathroom & he got his key & walked me into back area to use it! On the way, he also showed me where the plant pots were that I was there for!
Then after looking around & finding some items, I headed to checkout & Deborah was an absolute delight! She was warm & friendly and even took the time to get the manager, who was very personable as well, to confirm my item was discounted properly! Then she so graciously got me signed up for Rewards Card, love her! I highly recommend them if you enjoy being treated like a friend, not a transaction!! ☮️?

Jonathan(cashier) was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
Also I've never seen a very welcoming Ace Store and beautifully laid out all around. So neat, clean and employees are so welcoming and helpful. Thought it was a dept. store, had to check all around! I came from neighboring state and just came to check the store (after dining in next door) because the entrance looked so nice with plants also. Great job to the family owner!

I simply do not understand why Sneads does not price match other competitors. I always support local business but with today's economy it's a no brainer to save money where I can. Especially when I can find the same exact item $20 cheaper than the "sale price" Sneads advertise. Needless to say I drove down the street to the big box store and they did price match the item.
