“Great experience working with Stadler in Gaithersburg and a huge shout out to Janisann who made my day by being sooooo helpful and a joy to work with. My favorite nursery as of today.”

“Accommodating, knowledgeable, pleasant, know their stuff, have what I want and plenty more stuff, to "solve problems I don't have yet" (my wife says "buy stuff I don't need"), and I have to assume reasonably priced (with all those other great attributes, final price sounds very reasonable). A distance away for us, so I appreciate finding what I went for, and other really neat stuff.”

“This is the best home Depot nursery I've ever been to. Much more stuff than the one in my home town. I love the Rockville location.
The workers are extremely nice and helpful. Especially Abigail and a Jamaican accented young man in the garden center.”

“Wow. just. WOW. Anne did a magic number for our wedding. I can't recommend her enough. We gave her basically zero direction and just showed her a couple of bouquets that we liked with someone else and voila! She created such beauty that we were blown away! All our guests also complimented the centerpieces as well as the florals for the arch. Don't think twice and go with Anne right now. You won't be disappointed :)”

“I was originally considering installing a vinyl fence, but I decided to go with trees instead—and I have absolutely no regrets! The 12-foot trees add a beautiful, natural touch to the backyard that a fence simply couldn't match. Plus, they'll keep growing, providing even more privacy over time.

The crew from Prior Nursery was professional, efficient, and shared helpful tips on how to care for the trees to ensure they thrive. I highly recommend Prior Nursery for anyone thinking about creating a living fence. It’s a decision you won’t regret!
Yes... I need to cut my grass.”

“I’m currently building a bioactive enclosure for my gecko and they had everything I was looking for. Cork wood, branches and smooth sticks, succulents, air plants, etc. Very happy!”

“Carlo was extra extra helpful. Came in straight away after we asked for assistance, got a vanity that was waaaay on the top of their huge display racks but heard no complain from him, he was quick, patient and delivered our vanity with a smile and fistbump. great job! Looking forward to be served by Carlo on our next visit.”

“I would like to start by saying that this is THE BEST NURSERY, I personally love their quality and also their customer service. I Every single employe/person here makes you feel welcome. Starting from the President/founder, September, Scott, this family-owned business is the best.”

“Great place!!Enormous selection, supremely knowledgeable owner and a quiet, out-of-the-way location make this one of the nicest nurseries we've been to. Devoted entirely to azaleas (with some rhododendrons thrown in for good measure) it's a real gem of a place. We're lucky to have it in our area.Pay attention to the hours posted; don't just show up when it's convenient to you. It's run by just a few people (mostly one) so be considerate. Also, if you have trouble finding it, turn at the sign for Doc Waters Cidery.”

Loved the all you can fit in large bag deal... perfect for smaller purchases, and keep the bag and re-use for $20.”

“Great experience with the staff. Clarissa and others were very helpful in the online pickup section, and Clarissa saved a workshop from getting wrecked by an inconsiderate customer. This HD is the only one I go to, the staff are great.”

“This is a huge store, & I am just referring to the regular store not the attached equipment rental area. I was here on a weekday morning, & I saw employees everywhere I looked. I never had a problem finding someone to ask for help from. I recommend this Home Depot for all your seasonal decorations & your home improvement, fixit and related maintenance items. There is also a nice, large and clean men's restroom. The Christmas decorations you can get here are awesome & more than enough to decorate both the inside & outside of your home in the spirit of the season. If you are looking for a good sale they are in every department of the store. There was clearance in the gardening department and winter hand warmers on sale at the entrance. Until next time be kind to each other. @yelpdc #homedepot #christmastime”

“So after going to a local nursery and looking at Christmas trees, attempting to shop local for the holiday... I just could not stomach paying that much of a premium for a local vendor. I'm 100% willing to chip in a bit extra to buy local. But this nursery, about 8 minutes away from Home Depot, was almost twice the price for a tree that was 2 feet shorter. Some of the cheapest trees there were 80 dollars, and they were a bit rough off. Most of the trees we're 109 and up. So I made my way over to this Home Depot and found a tree that's about 6.5 feet for about 60 bucks. I'm sorry local nursery. Like, I said- I'd be fine with a bit of a mark up... but not a 100 percent markup for a shorter tree. I'm sorry, I just can't stomach that ;/ In any event, I ran into this place and the guy in the nursery was SO helpful. He asked me a bunch of questions about the tree I wanted. I'm always a little bit lost when shopping for trees. Do I feel confident that I know the difference between a fraser fir, balsam fir, noble fir - absolutely not. Do I know the difference between those and a white pine... yes. I know A LITTLE something lol. Just not a lot of something. So the super nice guy took down some trees for me, cut off the netting and shook them out just so I could see all the branches. He was as nice as could be. Then, the young gentleman who attached the tree to the top of my car was also as pleasant as pie. Is that even a saying? It should be if it isn't one. He was a super nice guy who I found out has worked at Home Depot for 5 years now, and he's planning on going into the Air Force soon enough. He did a solid job of attaching my tree to my car roof, and he was even hesitant to accept a tip when I offered it. I did insist that he took it. All in all, a solid wonderful experience at Home Depot in Germantown getting a tree. It was secure as could be on the way home and I love how it looks all trimmed up :)”

“This is my regular go-to for jobs around the house and is pretty much like any other Home Depot except for two things: 1. There are plenty of employees around, but most aren't of much help finding things or answering questions and 2. While they have a good selection and stock of standard fasteners, their metric and specialty fasteners are a hot mess. I would suggest you go to an Ace Hardware if you need metric fasteners.”
