Ive been using ATCO for my car needs for 10 years, I always trust them to give me the right advice. Once took my car to a dealership and they recommended $4500 on repairs, ATCO did it for less than $900 and fixed my car.

Needed a tire for our mini van early one morning before heading out for a wedding. I called at 7am and had the tire mounted and balanced in just over one hour. Very quick, honest, and great service.

My cat was veering to the left, and my tire would periodically lose air pressure. I came in, and they said hat my rear wheels were dinged up and dented which explained why I lost air pressure in my tires. They recommended I spend a small fortune on repairing the wheels at their buddy's shop up in etchison, MD down 108. I was skeptical, so I took a closer look at my car! Lo and behold I take a look at my car and overnight it had lost some air pressure, implying there may have been a tear in the tire itself causing air loss instead of a dented wheel. The mechanic was flabbergasted when I told him and almost went white in the face! I said ahah, if the car loses air overnight like this, then it's gotta just be a bad tire and not a bad wheel, right?! He was completely speechless. Too bad his pals at ethcison didn't get their money! Never going to these fraudsters again.

I started coming here a couple of years ago, and have always been impressed with Jim & his employees service. I work in Laytonsville. Every time I get service done, I drop either my truck, my car, or my wife’s car off and then walk down the sidewalk to work. Usually a couple of hours later they show up with my vehicle, all set to go. I’m so glad that I’ve got this gem of a business so close!

They scheduled my appointment two weeks out because they were very busy. I drop my car off the day of the appointment at 6am, and get a phone call at 9am, that they are not going to do ANY of the work on it, because they don't have time! I brought it in for 3 different issues, two of which were minor, and they could not address one of them!-because they didn't have the time! I wasted a day off of work because they are ignorant and don't know what they are doing! Will never go there again!
