I've been a customer over 4 years and the employees could not be more efficient and cordial. I moved to Catonsville a year ago , and I have a branch close to me Halethorpe but I choose to drive the extra 20 minutes to their Laurel Branch purely because of the service and relationships with Edith, Raul, Kimberly and Carlos. They all brighten my day.

Woodforest has some areas they need to work on . One thing that needs to work on is operating hours like why do you guys open at 10 am doesn’t make sense to me . You should be open by 9 at least customer service is horrible and something is always going on with this company . Never again

Hello im a Truck driver i called to location to get help with my account because i wouldn't get their in time to make a Deposit before my account closed i talk to a AMAZING Lady name Mariah she did ALL she could do to Help but it didnt but it wasnt her Fault but i did get there Monday to just reopen a New account Thank You Mya you are a AMAZING personMr.Mrs. Simmons

Local branch employees are nice and helpful. The banking system itself is terrible; its the slowest I have ever came across. It takes several days for transactions to post or be reversed, and the balance on the app is almost always incorrect due to the slow transactions. Simple refunds take days to post and direct deposit is never early. I have a prepaid account that I will most likely go back to using because it works so much smoother and faster AND less fees. 2 stars only for the employees, otherwise a 1.
