Great experience working with front office, especially Judy. She was professional, thoughtful and very helpful getting us set up. Maintenance also was very quick to respond to a question. Great experience so far. :-)

Thanks to the new property manager Shawntay, she expedited my request with an ongoing issue and kept her word on following up. She get things moving!!! Special shout out to Jesus and Jose … they always respond to maintenance requests timely and been a blessing for a comfortable home life.
Pros: amenities, it is quiet, well manicured lawns, no thefts, no mice ,maintenance and pest control team is responsive and leasing office is friendly and have community events
Cons: paid visitor parking . In the past, visitors could park anywhere, then it changed to visitors car being towed without a visitor pass . They should implement the old policy.
Overall My living experience has been great.I rate this place 4 stars overall, I have a great living experience and been here 7 years
Resident suggestion: All the non upgraded units need interior enhancements and that should be the standard. Cosmetically, replace outdated refrigerators and ceiling fans. The closet and bathroom doors should be the Masonite panel doors like their sister property parke laurel and briarwood.

I don't know where to start and I hope everyone read this. Please don't rent in this place, I've been living here for about 7 years and I never said anything before but what happened last week is ridiculous!!!!
My car was towed from the parking lot I've been parking for almost 7 years, I had to pay to get my car back because they said is my fault, that I was taken 2 parking spaces when it's not true! I parked really close to my husband's car because there's a truck that always park to close to me and I can't even get out of my car, this person don't live here so I don't know how they even have their parking sticker. There are a few persons coming here and they don't even rent here, they're just coming to visiting and trying to scratch and hit my car.
I have never paid my rent late, and never being complaining about anything but this was so stupid!
Don't come renting here, they always want to come and check how you live, they come to check your apartment like more then 10 times a year, they don't care if you have valuables, they want to know everything you have.
Pleople smoking weed everywhere that you can't even breathe, stole tires, cars and the worst part, apartment is infested with roaches, and their presence on my bed is unacceptable.
They always going to be so nice to you when you first come but when you're here is the worst place to live.
Can't wait to move.

I don’t enjoy living here. They have crackheads smoking crack in the building, shoot outs, mice running around like they pay rent, my boyfriend’s first car stolen, 2nd care over 4th weekend broken into. Can’t take you kids into the community even if accompanied by an adult is insane because that’s unfair to the parents that are trying to maintain themselves. This place is like an expensive projects. They need to focus on getting cameras or security in this complex instead of trying to see if people got their kids in the gym ??♀️smh
