This branch is totally the pits for customer service. It needs to be shut down or restaffed. I came in to open "another account" and was told to schedule an appointment per covid policy. There is no covid now. There is nothing online or in the branch that states one must do this and why would you. The young girl takes my name and dob standing up with a tablet and says we'll try to fit you in. I left after 17 minutes with allegedly 5 customer service reps or whatever you want to call them. When I left without opening the new account the girl and two others were standing over a computer talking to one another. Finally what appeared to be the senior or supervisor took someone from this girl in her office. The older woman was still helping someone. There was no line and one person at the cashier. This is service. I am definitely switching my business. Wells Fargo wonder's why people prefer other banks over them. Never again!

They pay very low if not nothing interest to your savings, and offer poor services. I went to Wells Fargo branch at Laurel, MD today to open a checking account as advertised, with cash bonus. I already have two existing accounts with virtually no interest paid, so hope get something with a new account with direct deposit for cash reward (still no interest to hope). A lady in the corner office came to tell us that we must make an appointment to do it. Answering my inquiries, she appeared cranky and said: "you can read our product descriptions, everything is clear there!" It sounds ridiculous that they put ads everywhere to recruit customers yet when you responded to it on their door, they refuse to serve!

Nasty employees. They look at you like they want you to just go away. Only one person taking customers, another lady just standing there and saying go to the next line. Pretty bad considering they took out the only ATM that was within 5 miles of me, forcing me to this uncivil, disgusting branch. The really unfortunate thing is I will have to find another branch EVEN FARTHER away in order to close my account. Goodbye WF, me and my 6 figures are going elsewhere.

0-0.5 stars. Wait times are atrocious. Even while waiting- all employees are avoiding eye contact and aren't even communicating with the people in line. Just a simple "sorry for the wait" or "please be patient with us due to....". 2 tellers on a Saturday. No wonder this place has horrible reviews. You're a bank. Isn't service like... 90% of the job? You can't really critique a bank on anything else other than convenience and service...

All 4 drive thru tellers are closed. Then inside there's 5 ppl in line with only one teller working and she's going back and forth with a customer. Please pack your patience when you bank at this branch.

Incompetent personal banking associates, specifically Jesse Majano at this Laurel branch location. I do not recommend working with him. Due to Jesse's lack of knowledge of business accounts and by not following up on change of address processes, my business account was closed out. Also, a check for the remaining balance was sent to our old company address which I now have to chase down. I will have to cancel several auto bill pay setups and look for a new bank for our business. Such an inconvenience and a hassle. The branch manager Joanna apologized but doesn't do us much good account is closed.

Is it me or this place can't hold on to their employees. Every time i come in to make a deposit from work, i have to wait so long. They have different people every time. I guess no body wants to work there or something after all the problems they had not long ago with their scam.

Holy hell. This is the worst bank in the country. Not Wells Fargo, mind you, just this particular location. First of all, WHY isn't there a drive thru ATM?!?! So inconvenient. Don't bother going there on the weekend, because there is always a line...and only about four parking spots and seven feet of space in the front of the bank. Getting in and out is a major ordeal. Today I parked in the "additional parking" behind the bank and hiked it to the front door. Sweet mother of God. Is there a free money giveaway that I missed??! I've been at nightclubs with less action. The front door dumps you in to the waiting area so that you have to walk through all of the chairs/people to get to the tellers (it was standing room only in the waiting area). Most banks' front doors lead you directly to the windows...THAT MAKES SENSE, DOESN'T IT. But NOTHING makes sense in Laurel f-ing Maryland, so I fought my way to the ropes and planted myself in line. There were about 6 people in front of me but I figured it would probably move relatively quickly with four tellers working. I was wrong. I waited. And waited. Five more people got in line behind me. The line did not move. WHAT kind of transactions were they conducting up there?? It was also 94 degrees outside (literally) and I saw / felt little evidence of a functioning A/C. Fortunately I remembered that the post office sells money orders and I hightailed it outta that hell hole. I would strongly recommend anyone avoid this place at all costs.

Poor customer service and surly attitude from bank associates! Stir clear of this branch and go to another. Wells Fargo near my home is excellent. Clearly more training is needed at this branch.

ATM's never work. You're already out of your car so you might as well go in.... Horrible customer services. If you don't like your job... Quit.
