Came to Walmart for 5 items, ended up with 22 items went to the self checkout, no one else in line behind me....Was told 15 items or less, so I left the extra items behind. Just wanted to thank Walmart for saving me money with this new policy!?that was en extra 30 to 40 dollars they just save me.

Most of the employees are super rude at this location. We had one literally walk and bump into us without saying sorry or excuse me. We had to tell her YOU'RE WELCOME. Another employee was pushing a cart and bumped into our cart and no word from his mouth either. Whatever happened to customer service? Only reason this location gets two stars is because we checked out quickly and our cashier was friendly. Other than that, the employees need training on the customer service experience.

Alexis at the electronics dept. was really helpful, courteous and patient. I also loved that though I looked very different from the first time we met some days ago when I placed my order for pictures to be printed out, she recognized me and was very warm just like our first meeting.
David was also helpful and they made my time at the store very enjoyable and fun. I hope to always meet them whenever I visit the electronics dept.

Today I was accused of stealing/not scanning all the items from the bottom of my son’s stroller . I scanned a juice box and placed it back under my stroller since we have to pay for bags now. As I looked up I saw Monet staring at me when I put the juice box back under the cart. I still had 3 big items to scan that I was holding and 3 smaller items that were in the bottom of the stroller. Monet walked over and said make sure you scan the items in the bottom of your stroller. I stated to her I did. I continue to scan and she walked back over and said I did not scan the items. I said to her I wasn’t done scanning . I still have 3 other big items to scan. I told her that I didn’t need her to tell me anything . She said her job was to remind me . I said to her well are you paying for it…. Monet stated that it’s her job to remind me to scan all of my items. I could see if I was pulling out my credit card to pay and was attempting to leave the store. To remind me to scan all of my items while I’m still scanning is stereotyping. All moms with strollers don’t steal. I PURPOSELY left the items down there. I saw her staring and looking at me when I scanned the juice and put it back inside the stroller. I did call Corporate and they stated that there is no Walmart policy where you have to remind the customers To scan their items. Monet then continued to stand beside me, monitoring me like I’m a thief. I asked her several times to please remove herself away from me and my child. Monet took one small baby step to the right. There was a man who said I should shut up and Monet agreed with it. She continued to laugh in my face and is accusing someone who was still scanning of being a thief is funny. One laughed several more times after that. As I walked away she was still saying things to me. Money stated she was the manager. My issue is the fact that I wasn’t done scanning and she came over to remind me to scan the rest of my items. I feel like she should’ve waited until I was done until I pulled my credit card out to pay and attempt to leave the store to see if I was going to scan the items or not.

Very bad experience now you can scan 15 or less at self checkout but when I call corporation is not any policy it was 5 people helping at self checkout rather they got only 2 coustomer but 1 lady was at register with almost 10 coustomer in line it sucks don't want to.go baco overthere

It has changed for the better . Rusett -Green Walmart has always been the best Walmart in the DMV . They changed it around. Still clean and organized

Went in for 5 gallon water refills, and they were 100% out. Although the website didn't reflect the lack of water!
