What an absolute bucket of excrement! Walmart should really look into the garbage they hire. Of the 4 employees I asked for help 3 were on face time having conversations that held no regard to work ethic and one just said I don't know and walked away to attend a meeting she said. Needless to say I bought nothing from this store. I don't think I'll return unless it's to watch it burn down if it ever catches a blaze.

I made an appointment for today since I urgently needed my glasses. When I arrived the office was closed and they did not notify me or change the appointment. They must have more customer service since it is irresponsible not to contact them in case of cancellation.

Dr. Patel and the staff have been very professional. I went to get an eye exam for my eyeglasses (which I bought elsewhere that was a little cheaper online). I later returned in the next calendar year for contact lenses. Dr. Patel has been very patient trying to figure out which contact lenses will work the best for me. I am satisfied thus far.

Ordered a pair of sports goggles for my 6 ye old son, was told it would be ready for pick up 7-10 days. It’s now the third week and it’s still not ready for pick up. They said they placed a whole new order with a rush- was told 2-3 days. It’s now 7 days, no goggles. They blame the lab shipping it. In which I understand things happen, things get lost, however they should be right on top of customer service and communication. I received no call or follow up. I only got information after I called and complained. No apologies were given. Never going back once (if)I receive my son’s goggles.

Such a great experience for a 1st time customer for an appointment for my child. I called and they were able to see me right away. Everyone was so friendly, kind and welcoming. Great service from start to finish

Absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever any place in my life the safe was so unprofessional, rude,and my frames broke in 4 months they would not fix couldn't even work a computer they r the worst place I've ever been they should a b replaced with actual professional people they r disrespectful 2 customers and take forever this matter is not over I even showed them my frames and the lady who sold me them didn't put me in the computer which was her fault ???

I was very disappointed in the quality of service at this vision center. I made an appointment for both my daughters a week in advance. Getting someone on the phone can be difficult. They only occasionally answer and when they do there is often a very long hold time. When we arrived no one greeted us or asked why we were there. I finally had to grab a ladies attention to tell her we had arrived for our appointments. The wait time was lengthy but not unreasonable. The optometrist was friendly and worked to help my 5 year old get the help and glasses she needed but seemed in a hurry to move us a long.We then waited almost 30 mins for someone to get the girls' glasses ordered. Then it took almost an hour for the glasses to get ordered. The woman who helped us seemed cold and bored.A week later I called to check the status of the glasses to which I was treated to a lecture about waiting until called to get the glasses but one of the girl's glasses were ready. When we went to pick them up it again was a long wait time.It has been two weeks since the glasses were ordered and I still haven't received a call about the other pair. I am on hold as I write this and I have been holding for 29 minutes just to find out the status of my daughter's glasses.Overall, most of the staff seem uninterested in good customer service and making the customers feel valued. It has failed far from where it used to be a few years ago.

Is this place a joke or what? First of all, they’re very unorganized , dishonest, and a waste of time. The eye doctor played a bunch of games “ I am very worried about your eye health so instead of the basic eye exam I’ll charge you for the full eye exam” which was about $50 more. Then when I got my prescription I took it to one of the assistants along with the frames that I PROVIDED and was told my total would be $450 ! Can you imagine? I went to another Walmart and my total to fit the new prescription into the frames I provided were $120!!! Wow!!

Most awful customer service. Spent 1.5 hrs just to get the new glasses for my son. If you are thinking of taking of vision while your are walmart, please reconsider some other place that has better customer service than this.

The lady is so rude and can't do her job correctly. She always has an attitude when ever I come in. Need to get rid of these workers asap. They really hire anyone. Btw its the larger Hispanic lady with blonde hair

It’s never a doctor on sight since I’ve been coming here the last two years. It’s always the same older women working here who is never no help except for when she wants to be. She not very knowledgeable at all.
