My HSA card was swiped for a non medical expense after I specifically said it needed to be two separate transactions. Now I will be taxed for that purchase and the whole point of using HSA is for pretax medical expenses. Thanks uneducated Walmart pharmacy employee.

I didn't know what medicine to buy. I was having a bad day because my stomach was aching so badly, so I decided to go to this drug store. Thankfully, the pharmacist assisted me right away and helped me. I am so impressed with their customer service!

I'll keep it brief. I put in a placed a pickup order online on Wednesday to pick up Thursday between 5-6pm. I received a text saying the order was delayed and went across town anyway hoping it would be ready once I arrived. I called the store and the pick up center-- no answer and the vmail was full. I went back home and I received a text on Monday saying the order could not be completed due to operational issues. I'm DONE DONE with Wal-Mart. You won't receive another dime from me.

I went in looking to purchase a specific laptop for family members who will be utilizing these laptops for distance learning due to COVID. In asking sales associates at the electronic department if they could locate an item, 2 sales associates confirmed they have 20 items in stock in the back. Granted these laptops were surprising on sale, but once asking their department manager, Linda, she refused to service me or sell me these items. Linda was not only rude, but spoke to me in a manner that was condescending and abhorrent, blatantly lying to my face that they didn't have the items in stock when the computer read that their inventory had 20 in stock. Linda went on to speak to me rudely in front of customers with not only an attitude but in a way that left me embarrassed by her lack of customer service in front of other customers. In fact her and her sales associates laughed in my face when I told them they were lying to me and refusing to service me. I will be contacting corporate. As someone who works in customer service, this is not a manager that sets a positive example for good leadership and it shows with her sales associates who rudely speak to other customers in she same matter she did.

This is by far the biggest walmart i have ever been to. I have been to this location a couple of times and spent about an hour and half shopping and both time i failed to go through every section. No doubts this is a supermega store and everything is available here which arent available in other Walmart's location. I loved the garden section i wish if they only had exotic plants but we are talking about Walmart.. Over all experience was super good, and very content, they have huge parking, fast check out, helpful associates, all shelves are packed and the whole store was extremly clean

Howdy folks! The last two times I visited this Walmart were very positive experiences. First, I was able to get an electric wheelchair as I have a damaged knee (important). Secondly, even though I had dealt with two negative employees, the three I later spoke to were very good and made up for the incompetence. I found most everything I needed including masks from the pharmacy. The lines at checkout were very fast in spite of being long. I like the pharmacy, auto department, and the food department. The bathrooms could command more attention. Overall though, it worked for me these times.
