NEVER fill a prescription at this Walgreens. They will give you the wrong medication and won't let you return it even though they messed up. Communication is horrible and customer service at the pharmacy is even worse.

The long-time employees in the Pharmacy give good customer service, but the entire Pharmacy Staff needs to be retrained on the whole purpose of the Drive-Through, which is SPEEDY SERVICE! Other customers should NOT be allowed to sit in the Drive-Through for greater than 5 minutes, holding up the line for everyone else! If what they're doing is taking that long, they MUST be told that they have to COME INSIDE to complete their business!!!

I wanted to say a big thank you to the Photo Department Employee Nii! I was in a big bind, and he was very kind and patient listened very well. He helped me tremendously to pull off a baby shower with me still being in Fargo North Dakota. Thanks so much! they loved everything!!!!

Horrible! They literally will answer the phone while on hold 9 times fast quickly stating "please hold" and never actually take your call. One of the newer pharmacists at the drive-through discouraged getting a Rx filled because they don't have the generic and when I asked if they had the brand name they said it was too expensive and not to get it. I asked if it requires a prior Auth and when it came in they could fill it and without looking just "yes, yes, get that in and we can have it for you." They didn't have generic or brand and didn't know when they would when following up. Uneducated and that made no sense. Just say you don't have it and share valuable insights like when it may come in once the prior auth comes in. I used to love this Pharmacy. It clearly has gone severely downhill.

Rushed to get done here before they closed at 10 and found the door locked at 9:50. Now I have to travel to find an open pharmacy for my medication. Poor customer service

Manager Ruth is extremely rude. I arrived at 9:54 and had to plead with associate to please let me in because you guys are still open as soon as I walk in to get my sons cough medicine she tells me to hurry up because her shift ends at 10 PM even though the store is still open, she whispers I don’t know why she comes in at last minute.Proceeds to yell at me to the top of her lungs to hurry up and get my products stop wasting her time so that she can go home corporate has been contacted.

The management and staff at this location were very customer service orientated, from the greeting upon my arrival to making sure I found everything I needed.
My shopping experience at Walgreens has changed my opinion on customer service and satisfaction.

It took 30 minutes to get through the line to check-in for my vaccine appointment and then the pharmacist had the audacity to say to someone else that I was late lol
