This has got to be one of the worst Post Offices in Maryland. It's constantly understaffed and disorganized. I've been living in Laurel for over 25 years and I've done everything to avoid coming here!

This place’s customer service is horrid. Came in when it opened. No one was servicing any for at least 20 minutes. I left. Came bqck later in the day. Someone was there, still no movement in the libe. They should privatize the postoffice.

Have been here since 8:00am now it 8:52am no one is responding to customer or even in the front desk this is terrible experience with this location every time

I have never visited a worse post office than this one. There is always an issue when I have to go here because the other post offices are closed. Avoid going here.

The carriers for the area are dumb. The people who work here are dumb. It’s germ infested and filthy. The place is awful.

Avoid going here if possible. There are multiple other post offices in the Laurel area that are much less busy. In addition to the long waits at this location they are also staffed with incompetent people who are clearly just there to clock in and clock out.

This is the WORST post office in PG County. Always 15-20 customers in line with ONE teller. Then TWO employees hanging around the rear counter or in the back. Getting the customers out of the post office should be their ONLY priority. There is **ALWAYS** a minimum 30 min wait in line. Avoid this location at all costs. You'll be quite angry by the time you leave. Disgusted with my experience here time and time again. Never coming back.

Very bad experience the lost my certified mail . Im come everyday to pick up my mail but the have just one answer ... Sorry we don't know whats wrong with your mail . When i ask to delivery driver she say i gave it back to post office 12 days ago . I try 3 times redelivery but they not . When i say please send it back to sender they say we can't until we don't know where is your mail .... Im calling to customer service they said your mail is at 123 Washington boulevard ... But post office employee say its the same building whenever this ia 324 main Street Laurel. That mail is very important for me thats why im coming every day and come to home without my mail ...

Not enough worker! I mean only one worker and always more than 10 people in the lineup. At least 30 minutes waiting every time I visited. I want to visit another post office, but this Main St. post office is for my zip code. I hate to visit this location!

What a useless establishment with unprofessional leadership and people. You call the line, no one answers the phone and the supposed tech support is useless and doesn’t work. Just a bunch of useless idiots in charge of our mail, pathetic.
