He gave detailed instructions ans explanations while providing excellent advice and guidance throughout the process. The only complaint I have is why NAVY FEDERAL has handcuffs on this Guy he should be a trainer or part of management because I never felt more comfortable giving my money to anyone in my life.”

Personally out of the M&T locations I’ve been too, this one is my absolute favorite. Damari is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products and services. The staff is professional. They are busy considering they do have several businesses in the area that do come in. But I never had to wait more than 20 minutes to be attended by a Teller or a banker.”

I came to BOA ? to take care of some business for my business, minding my business and I had the best experience with Tabassum. She is a business specialist. She sighted that my business account wasn't opened correctly during the pandemic because it was opened with my SSN and not my EIN. Then my articles had the wrong name on it. ? Needless to say I was a hot mess!! But Tabassum was knowledgeable, patient and Kind ?. It took me a whole week to get it together and when I returned she GOT ME ALL the way together ???. “Just seeing these low reviews! Who are these people? 5 Star Bank for sure!! My son and I have been with this bank for years and years. The staff is "always" kind, courteous and patient. Friendly with my son who has challenges. The business is accurate, no mistakes so far.Those negative reviews may indicate rare situations that I personally have "never" witnessed or experienced. “Got here a little early at 8:30am before the drive - in teller opened. Its a smaller bank and parking lot but I love that they have this drive up option. There's two lanes in the back. Teller this morning was very friendly and acknowledged my presence, while she helped another customer. It only took 5 mins to get what I needed done. I definitely recommend this branch.”

“My father became a member in the 70s or 80s. I became a member when I went to college. My first credit card was through TFCU - my limit was $500; it was considered a student credit card. I however banked with other financial institutions because there weren’t many TFCU branches near me. Eventually, I became disappointed with my banking institution & decided to bank with TFCU & use their products/services i.e. First time buyer - home & car loan. TCFU informed me about a class for First time home buyers. The class was very informative & helpful with discussions about credit scores. Their process of applying for loans goes rather smoothly. I’ve always had positive experiences with all of the branches & today (10/7/2023) was no different. I went into the branch for to take care of three things - turned out to be four things & i was assisted by Angelo Pimentel. He was pleasant, professional & took care of all matters with patience. Overall, I’m very pleased with TFCU.”
