If I could give them 0 stars I would. This business is unprofessional and are thieves. The family my mom was caring for opted to go with a different agency but expressed how they loved my mom as their caregiver but could no longer use this agency as they weren't able to meet the families schedule needs. No problem. My mom moved on to another job with another agency because this agency didn't provide my mom with another patient, again no problem. When it was time for my mom to go get her check (which is also crazy in 2023, where is the direct deposit) the staff paid everyone except my mom. WHY? Their excuse was that the 'owner' didn't get to sign her check. WHY is my mom's check the only one that didn't get signed? My mom worked overtime to accommodate this family's schedule, again because this agency failed to have available nurses to meet the family's needs. They were aware of this overtime and still didn't have that on her paycheck which she is still to receive. How are you able to tell someone what they are supposed to get but still not give them the actual check? Pay day is a Friday, it is now Tuesday and my mom is still getting excuses on where her check is. She has to go out of her way to accommodate their poor planning and unprofessionalism and they have no remorse. I know personally that there are other nurses there who aren't pleased with the poor management of this agency and are also planning their exit. This company is taking advantage of their nurses and no one has been bold enough to stand up to them. Take your business elsewhere if you want your family to be cared for by happy nurses. The supervisor Lizzie, is disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. I have heard her speak to my mother poorly on two occasions. Not sure why an employer chooses to treat their employees as such but it shows in their high turn over and lack of nurses. I called to ask her as well why my mother was getting excuses and she hung up on me. No one has reached out to my mother to explain what the actual issue is. Again, keep your family away from this agency if you want consistency and happy employees caring for your loved ones.

This Bruno guy there is so experienced on phones. I have called customer service severally because l couldn't receive or send text messages from my phone, all to no avail. But within 3 minutes, he sorted out that problem

Customer service told me to change my phone, that its no longer compatible. And l went into this store to get a new phone, but within two minutes this Bruno guy corrected the wrong apn settings and my phone is perfect now

This company is awesome and has treated us great and that is a slap to Verizon, AT&T and Sprint and that also is speaking against all those companies subsidiaries too... They all blow.
