Fabulous experience buying a slightly used 2024 Acura RDX from Tony tonight. Of the half dozen car purchases over many years (including two Acura purchases), Tony stood out. He was lightning fast at getting back to me AND, most importantly, when I came with my wife and kid to pick up the vehicle. No upsales, no nonsense, exactly as advertised. The car was ready, Victor (who did tax/tag) was quick and efficient, and we were out of there in maybe 20 mins? Highly recommend!

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership over a year ago. That experience was fine.
The service center? Terrible. They use touch car washes. I got the vehicle paint corrected and ceramic coated. I specifically asked the advisor to make sure they didn't wash it and emphasized it. Came back to me washed and swirled. This was over two months ago and I just let it go. Decided to never go back.
Recently, I went to go get my oil changed somewhere else. Vehicle takes 3.5 quarts, they put in 7. Most likely never changed it, just added oil and sent it on its way. Oil came out super sludgy and black. They made sure to wash it for me though ?♂️.
Do not recommend.

Great dealership. Purchased a car and the process could not have gone any smoother. Ask for Tony in sales, he was awesome to work with. Not pushy at all. Even the Finance Manager, Victor was great to work with. Probably the easiest car purchase I have ever made.

Tarsis offered exceptional customer service during my B1 appointment. He, Carlos, the detail and service teams went out of there way to help me remove some crystalized liquid that was sprayed all over my car. I am very thankful they were able to identify the issue and correct it for me. Exceptional service all the way around. Thanks team!

I went in to purchase an Integra A Spec w/ Tech but left feeling disappointed. The "product specialist," Brian Keys, was incredibly rude and unwilling to cooperate. Despite test-driving the car and being ready to discuss pricing, he rushed me and wouldn't allow me time to consider my purchase. I promptly walked out, and he even refused to provide me with an offer paper. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, and as a result, I will not be returning.

Great experience getting my service done at the service center. My Service rep was personable and professional. They completed my service faster than I anticipated! I took the shuttle service to a nearby shopping center and the service techs that took me and picked me up were super cool with excellent conversations in the car. I also liked that when they were done with my car, they came to pick me up and waited for me while I finished checking out at the store. Super sweet! Highly recommend this place

The car is great but the service is awful.. had brand new versace sunglasses stolen from my old car while i was buying the new car. Was not given a spare tire , nor was i informed iy didnt come with a spare. Had find out the hard way at 1 am on the side of the highway . Was told i got a kit instead of a spare . Can fix a gash in a tire with a kit . Then was so rudely asked by Bruce the used car manager. “ what i wanted him to do about it “

The customer service rep, Gage, was very friendly and helpful. He listened to my concerns and confirmed some of my issues. He was clear in explaining what was going on with my car and I felt heard and satisfied with the service. Gage was great!
