Thoroughbred Auto is wonderfully convenient and offers rides if more than a walk away. Excellent service and reasonable prices. They keep my vehicles in great working order. Jon is super friendly and knowledgeable and has been a staple at Thoroughbred for years. The new owner and staff are very nice and are doing a fabulous job at keeping customers happy. I like the new electronic vehicle maintenance reports and receipts, and the surprise note and snacks left in the vehicle after service are a sweet and thoughtful touch. I’ll continue your come back.

Are they good at locating and resolving potentially critical issues in many makes and models of vehicles? Yes.
Are they friendly? Yes.
Are they worth the cost?
Yes
Updates 2024: asked for a detailed diagnostics test on a few things, guaging wear and tear. They added pictures to a digital file so i could see what they got and how they measured the results. Needed new filters, had it done same day.

I thought my transmission was shifting a bit funny. Took it here on the recommendation of my mechanic. I have to say, I received top notch service. They were very thorough and looked over my entire vehicle, not just the transmission. I received an email of the full report including photos. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend!
