In line now, about 20 deep at the self-checkout you FORCE customers to use. Only one manned register. It's always like this, and you're always stocking shelves during the day. Your prices suck too. Does this location have any actual employees or management?

Target Drive up is organized. It is even better with the expanded Drive Up packing and separate section from the store.

Disrespectful staff member. Very telling of how managers run this place for sureAfter waiting 44min in line at exchanges a d returns, the target team member tells me that they only do returns and if I wish to purchase, I would have to stand in the normal line (wrapped around the aisles inside) and make a whole new purchase..I'm like, it'll take days to return to my card, that's not fair! He told me they never do exchanges and I can take it up with someone at headquarters and told me he is tired of hearing everyone complaining today..it's not his issue I should bring more money

Kimberly in the Ulta section is absolutely amazing! She knows her stuff! Just got home and tried the products she recommended to cover my scar and a better full coverage foundation for my photoshoots. She’s very knowledgeable and patient! I wish I could have her in my pocket! Lol thanks again!!

Verbally attacked by a black woman and Target employees did nothing - ignored request for security and a manager.Avoid this Target. Hands down the WORST Target that I have ever shopped at. I shop at Target daily, sometimes multiple locations in one day, especially around the Holidays. This evening, my husband and I went to Laurel Target near the Military Base we are stationed at. Needed to make a return and also pick up a few items. This was my second trip to a Target today. I was at another location earlier in the day doing a store pick up order. This evening at Laurel, I had 13 items in my cart - I proceeded to self check out, like I always do since Covid, it’s just natural now to do self checkout - no one uses registers anymore since there are no employees working. I was told by the employee (I believe her name is something like Ginina) you have more than 10 items, you can go to one of the two registers open. I went and got in the register line behind a customer who only had 4 times and it took probably 15 mins standing in line to finally get checked out. I could have already went through self checkout and been in my car headed home. As I’m waiting for the gentleman working the register to scan all my items and bag them, I proceed to converse with him about the new policy for self checkout and how it’s now a custom for many people since Covid and if they are starting a new policy then they need more employees on the registers working. The problem is that no one wants to work period. Even if they are employees they still do not want to work while at work. A BLACK woman who was leaving the store decided to start yelling at me, I am white, for a good 10 mins in the store. I asked Ginina to call security and she ignored my request and walked off. There were about 5-6 employees standing around witnessing the black woman yelling and the employees did nothing. None of them called a manager. It took me asking twice for someone (the gentleman who had checked me out) finally called a manager. As I was waiting for the manager to show up at the front, the BLACK lady came back in to the store and proceeded to yell even more. I walked off, fearful for my life, and she followed me. Again, about 5-6 Target employees were standing around watching this lady follow me and continue to yell. I got out my phone and called 911 to have officers come out to the Laurel Target at that point. It took about 15-20 mins for the Manager (a white woman) and Security, a black guy, (he was wearing all black but had nothing on that would indicate he was security) to show up at the front and then nothing was done to really assist me. I was given an apology and that is all. I asked for names and corporate number and was told I could look it up online. Britany the manager also stated she could not give out employee names - which is odd considering they are wearing name tags. I did make sure to note all of their names and gave them in the complaint report when I called Corporate. I have never even witnessed something like this at a Target before until moving to Maryland. I will not be back to this location again and I will be reaching out to other avenues about this experience. Laurel Target employees should be ashamed of themselves for allowing a black person to verbally attack a white person not once but left the store and come back inside to continue verbally attacking and stalking.

Went to get a price match for an item that I bought last week that’s now on sale. Online it says you can go to any lane for a price match. Not true. Guest services (Hasan)tells me that I need the product with me in order to get the price match. Stating that they would need to scan the barcode on the item in order to complete the price match difference. There’s nothing in the policy stating that online. It just says have your receipt or order number and and can be completed. Such an absolute inconvenience. If you don’t know how to complete it the correct way then get some training. I was in such disbelief. Worst experience I’ve ever received by far.

HIRE MORE CASHIERS!3pm on a Sunday, picking up a prescription plus two pharmacy items. I asked if could pay at the CVS counter, I was told NO.I walk to checkout and there’s ONE cashier open with six people lined up. The self serve checkout (10 items or fewer) has a lineup of at least 15 people.Don’t get angry at the employees, this is 100% a corporate decision to have an underpaid skeleton crew to maximize profits for shareholders.

Good place to get things you need. Has better stock than Columbia. The only gripe is the check out lines. The self-check out takes too long. Not enough check out lines.

The customer service lady, I believe her name is Jody. She is always rude and in a horrible mood. She is not friendly at all. Makes you feel like you are an inconvenience.

Horrible customer service at Laurel Target . A woman named Joyce was rude to me. I told her that I didn't want an item and she told me so tell me what you want but she told me annoyed. They are there to serve the customer well.
