Waited for 40 minutes without assistance. Current management and employees do not prioritize serving customers. Witnessed one employee flirting with a customer just to upsell them a screen protector. Avoid this specific location if you value your time.

Joey Reese provided excellent support to my husband and so during a recent visit. We needed to reactivate our account that was on military suspension when the Sprint to T-Mobile merge happened. Joey was unfamiliar with the process, but he listened to us and willing to call customer service for us to understand more. After a few long minutes he came back out to tell us that it was going to be noted on the account and the bill that we were erroneously charged would be voided.If Joey had not been able to accomplish this for us, our business with T-Mobile would have been done and so would have went with another provider, but thanks to him I will continue to be a customer.I hope that the store sees this and Joey sees this to know that he kindness and patience made a huge difference for us during this holiday season.Respectfully,Sandra and Ian

My experience at T-Mobile was great thanks to Joey's outstanding service. After nearly two decades with T-Mobile, I was initially disappointed with the overall service. However, Joey's swift and eager approach in resolving my issues completely changed my perspective. Kudos to Joey for making a significant difference in my T-Mobile experience.

Don’t go there this people lie to you and so many ways i went to this store on November 24 which was Black Friday so this lady made me believe that if I upgraded my old phones to iPhones 13 I was just going to pay 50% off so the new phones were 630 full price so I thought I was gonna pay 315 for each she never said that the other 50% had to be paid to T-Mobile on top of that she made me believe that I was getting a new I pod for a full price of 100 $ dollars until I checked my account I realized that I had a balance of 630 on the phones 314 on the IPod when I thought I would just be paying 315 for the second I phone now am on the process of disputing it they don’t come up with a reasonable solution after 7 years I will suspend my service

I walked in today and was greeted as I walked in. The staff were all friendly and there was such a great vibe. Mahoney is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond, checking with other nearby stores for the watches I went in for. She was professional, courteous, and kind. I’ve had nothing but good experiences coming to this location but today was exceptional.

I usually don't bother with reviews, but this time, I got to for this location. Went in for an upgrade, and the dude helping me was on some "I don't care" vibe, didn't even clue me in on the promotions I had. Smh. So, I bounced over to the T-Mobile spot a few minutes away, and shoutout to the lady there – she broke down my deal and promos real smooth. Quick and easy, no hassle. That's how it should be.

Cecely Is super kind professional and big hearted I came in upset because of an app wasn't working with my diabetic sensor and she helped me so fast she connected it and activated my app she brought the smile back on my face . I highly recommend if you come to this location ask for her she's super knowledgeable and experienced with any problem you throw at her .

Worst t-mobile I’ve ever been to,wait times were extremely long. And there’s a $70 restock fee if you return something $70 to return a product you bought from the same place you bought it is crazy. Even if it’s within 14days or less, They literally walk it to the back and place it back on the shelf that fee is ABSURD!

Beto,Great customer relations found out he was manager didn't know that came out right away helped everything I needed very polite and greeted all customers that also walked through the door wrote names down,had smile and happy person . Makes the Laurel store great to come toJulie Griffin

Cecely was truly amazing my wife had her phone all messed up and even thought the warrenty didnt accept my wife phone cecely helped me with not only my wife phone but my 2 daughter tablet with the insurance claim and i was so satisfied she always gives me up and beyond service . She told me about the current promotions and i decided to add two more lines on my account and two free watches to avoid this happening again of not being connected to our numbers. Everytime i come to the store shes always busy and always multitasking with múltiples customers and her coworkers try to help her with her clients because theres a line but we rather wait for her services and i see how all her other customers are very truly loyal in waiting for her very profesional very knowledgeable and 10/10

I have been a Sprint since 2000....and now with T-Mobile....This is by far the best in store service I ever received; Cecely and Humerto to the entire team....very welcoming....skilled professionals...and superior customer service....Thank you ?
