Everyone in this facility has always been great to me. Front desk lady Joan, what a horrible customer service I receive from her every time. Last time I visit this branch. First time she did not want to cash my check cause the signature of the account holder was not the same, her coworker recognized me and told her how to do her job. They ended up cashing my check. Today, she did the same thing. She just does not want to help people. What a shame.

Truist Bank is a fraudulent bank. Never in life have I had a bank where someone else can go in to your account and take money. Every 3 to 6 months. Fraud of course but how is it so easy with Truist Bank. My account is locked all the time because of this. And then over draft when money is in the account. Misscounting even when money is in the account hold off and take back cleared deposits so they can add an unlawful overdraft charged. Truist you do this so often and you pick certain same customers over and over. This is ridiculous. Need a new bank asap. Had enough of Truist Bank that took over SunTrust. By the way this Never happened with Suntrust.

I went there today to deposit a check, made out to me. I wanted to deposit the check as a principal only payment, as I have done many times before at the Main Street branch. Today, however, the female teller that assisted me mocked me my entire visit. She condescendingly paraphrased me to her co-worker as she repeated my statement that I had signed over business checks to Truist for principal payments to my mortgage with Trust many times. Her co-worker retorted, "well do it then". Then, this woman continued by stating that my mortgage coupon was too old. Now her tone was that of some enslaved person speaking to their master, as slaves do on TV. Then, when I asked her if the check had actually gone toward my principal, since there was no indication of a principal payment on my receipt, she replied, I just did what you told me to do. I honestly have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. Hopefully, others too will report her since she thinks mocking customers is funny.

Just seeing these low reviews! Who are these people? 5 Star Bank for sure!! My son and I have been with this bank for years and years. The staff is "always" kind, courteous and patient. Friendly with my son who has challenges. The business is accurate, no mistakes so far.Those negative reviews may indicate rare situations that I personally have "never" witnessed or experienced. So don't give them much weight at all! Come see for yourself.This a 5 star bank! Hope other customers will step forward and share their "positive" experiences as I did here! CHEERS FOR THIS LAUREL SUNTRUST (or Truist I think they're called now). They are great!

I had business to handle at this Suntrust / Truist Branch in Laurel, MD. Just to let people know...this branch is STILL here and fully operational. I had a great experience, and the bank employee was EBONY. She was professional and also was extremely polite, with a great personality. It was a pleasure during these trying times.
