First time at a t mobile and a gentlemen named Marloy assisted me he gave me the best price on my phone and a great bundle and helped me save on a lot. He took his time with me and went step by step and educated me on everything. Im very appreciative of Marloy for helping me switch from at&t as my phone bill was very high, now its lower and i am saving more money in the future. If you ever go into this store ask for Marloy and he speaks spanish as well for all my spanish speakers !!!

Went in to upgrade my iPhone SE & 7 to iPhone 15s. Was told it'd cost me $35 per line for the activation fee in-store, but if I do it online, it'd be free.I did it online and unfortunately it wasn't free so I paid $70 to do the work myself online instead of having someone there do it for me.Two weeks later I went back to the store to verify and once again, I was told it should've been free (different associate). I decided to Google it and found a CNET article from November 2022 saying T-Mobile will charge the fee, regardless of where you do it (online vs in-store)Either the associates are too lazy to do it for you or they're not trained well enough to know T-Mobile's policy.They were courteous enough in both cases, but I'd rather take a curt employee who's correct than a nice one who doesn't know what they're talking about.

Customer service was impeccable. Everyone who helped did so in a professional manner while getting my problem solved as quick as possible. Not like other stores where they have you waiting for hours for something so simple. I highly recommend this store

Walked in to employees slouched over tables and a lobby full of confused customers who had no idea whether we had to sign in or wait. No associate even acknowledged our presence. Had to go to the Baltimore Ave location instead. Would say im disappointed, but they always have bad service here.

Stopped by here today because I happen to lose my SIM card (smh, I know) and was immediately greeted by John - who took my name as there was a line of people waiting to get into the store. After waiting around for about 5-10 minutes I was greeted by Jose who is the store manager and he took such great care of me. He was able to solve my problem in 5 mins with a smile. All three gentlemen (Jose, John and Luiz) were amazing and although I don’t usually come into the brick and mortar stores often I’ll make sure to come back to this store if I ever need help! Thank you all!

Never have I had a more positive experience in the 20+ years I've been with Sprint/T-Mobile. It was amazing even though I ended up having to get a new phone.
