The room seemed to be nice & clean. The hallway, however, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in like a couple of weeks. I think they had a homeless person staying in the stairwell smoking.

It was awful place for someone with allergies the floor was sticky. Whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. We came into a room without toiletries walls were dirty and old cigarettes in the windows. Someone peed on our vehicle out inthe parking lot . Front desk person at night was kind though.

WORST PLACE EVER - THE PICTURES ON THEIR SITES / BOOKING SITES ARE ALL BIG FAT LIES. Got this hotel because it has an indoor pool for my kids, and closer to the family event... checked in, and immediately went to the room... Kids and wife got dress to use the pool, but they were told it close, asked how long it been close they said two weeks... Nothing is stated on the site or the booking site, or else I would've choose another hotel.Called the front desk, got an attitude... Saying you can check out if you want in a rude unprofessional tone. The coffee maker is stationed in the bathroom... Meaning, all kind of poop particle bacteria definitely on it.Toilet seat is very wobbly, lamp falling apart. The toilet does not flush properly.I'm sure more will come as we stay here for the night.Rooms: Disgusting.

I was very pleasantly surprised, about the room I rented for 2 nights! Not all “budget” friendly accommodations are nice—though, the room I rented at this location—was very nice & clean & had a window that opened to a screen, therefore, I didn’t have to use the air conditioning—which is great for me, with lung problems! Also, they had a nice chair, I was able to cover, and sleep in—as, I have had to sleep in a chair, since having COVID 19 & pneumonia—that lasted, awhile! At their breakfast—they had “make your own” Belgian waffle, which was very nice, also—and they had the usual breakfast cereal, juices, etc.—very nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel to the budget conscious travelers, and beyond!

The only thing we didn't like was at Breakfast the worker made us feel like we were in a prison movie on visitation, she just stood there and watched every move everyone made where one person finally said geez even guards know you need to eat and I agreeRooms: The rooms were ok

We had a room for three. Used an air mattress for the 3rd. They could not give us pillows. And the pillows on the bed were throw pillows. Place smelled like weed.Rooms: Give regular pillows. Throw pillows are ridiculous.Noteworthy details: Bring your own pillows.

I was going to be hours late to check in but the gentleman on the phone was so kind and accommodating, he just made a note of our late arrival. However, when we got there, the receptionist literally ignored 3 people standing at her counter. We started wondering, could she see us? She was so rude. My goodness. The rooms were ok. Tidy, fresh linen, towels etc. Iron and board, hair dryer, microwave and fridge included. The carpet really feels dirty, so wear your socks or night slippers.. I did not like the coffee machine in the bathroom, especially when there is space in the room for it, but if you are ok with that, then ok. The shower head was a disaster. (3rd floor) The pool looked abandoned and the water was frigid, though they said it was 70 degrees. There are glass windows all around, so perhaps why it felt like 60. We did not stay long but the damage was done (we all got sick that night). I should mention that it is a wheelchair accessible and there is a pool lift. You can have juice, yogurt, apples, cereal, tea and coffee for breakfast and you can make your own waffles. Kitchen lady just whisked away the waffle mix while I was making waffles, did not even say excuse me. There is no drinking water. Buy your own. Overall, the room was comfortable and nothing I experienced was bad enough to prevent my return or recommendations free (at your own risk)parking is also available. Gentleman at check out was also very kind.

ROACHESMy room was full of roaches on the beds in the bathroom bugs coming in the sealed windows.... I checked in at 6 and was gone by 9 once tge other guest started to show up ... asked for a refund since I booked through Expedia I had to wait. They refused my refund. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BRING HOME LITTLE GUESTS.

*** Update ***There are Pros and Cons to what I saw and experienced during my stays here. I live locally and have sometime come here to get away from home for what feels like a mini-vacation/change of scenery. Most of the time, things have been just fine. incl. a stretch in 2021/22 when I was recovering from knee surgery. Unfortunately, it takes just one bad experience to undo all the positives I had here. The things posted below are still true. Roaches are a real problem. The biggest issue, though, was the front desk attendant Hasan. He's in the 4th of 58 photos. A well-dressed older Indian man who soured me on ever coming back. I paid for my reservation in advance, but because I didn't have an updated ID, he denied my stay. He knew who I was. Said I was a "good guy" but still refused. This had never been an issue with anyone else working there. Just him. He's like that, though. I've seen him be difficult with other people if, for any reason, there was an issue with their reservation. AVOID checking in with him if you can, esp. if there's any reason to think you may have a problem. On this night, he denied me a place to stay when I was recovering from a cold and just wanted a room for a night that I paid for that could not be refunded. Needless to say, this will be my last time going there. There are better options. The Cons? The area surrounding the place is sketchy. Really, it's the fleabag motel across the street and the apartment-looking building next door. Makes one feel a little uneasy. Esp. when the signs in the parking lot disavow any responsibility for any valuables you may leave in your car.The room showed some signs of wear. Not bad, but in some areas, furniture, usage over time was evident. The tub had no treads to prevent slippage during a shower. I felt like I was one wrong move from crashing into the shower curtain and onto the floor.Could hear the thump-thump of people walking above me. For such a newer building, this was a real surprise.ProsThe parking lot was nice, and the exterior of the building was a step up from the buildings/hotels/motels in the area. This place was "upscale" in comparison. The place has a pool! It's indoors and is fairly big. Not Olympic size, but def. bigger than you'd expect. If I'd known, maybe I'd have gone for a swim. The room was nice enough overall. Stylish with photo art on the walls, a lounge chair, microwave, and refrigerator, it worked just right for me. The building itself was nice inside as well. Felt like a hotel from a larger chain. In the lobby was a dining area that had breakfast and a TV. Drank OJ and had a few hard-boiled eggs. Could have made a waffle if I wanted to. Nice enough for a continental breakfast from this sort of place. Something you'd expect from a larger chain.Room had an ironing board if I wanted to use it, and the digital clock was correct ( a small thing, but that counts in my book)Another staffer was friendly. At least they said "Hi" like they meant it.Overall, it's just OK with me, but because of Hasan, they will no longer get my business.

Don't come to the roach motel.they take your money and treat you like the migrants that live and work here. No spreads. Smell like weed. No breakfast just waffle nothing else. Move twice roaches falling from the ceiling. Atmosphere feels dangerous. Ms Oue manager very rude No respect.when I told her about my situation she "stated you can check out now and I will refund your moneyThen she looked and saw how many days she changed her mind. Told me to get the money from 3rd party. The site have the rooms looking goodNot so when you get here!!!! The worst hotel in Baltimore. RUN RUN RUN!!!!!
