This review is for Gina, the manager on duty on 2/13/2025 (PM):
Gina, girl, it’s not that serious. It’s not coming out of your paycheck, I promise! I tried to get a little discount on some Valentine’s candy that was looking like it had already been through a heartbreak—bent, damaged, but still holding on. Every other Valentine’s item was discounted, but Gina stood her ground like a chocolate bodyguard, telling me she couldn’t discount it because it was the day before Valentine’s Day. Ma’am… what does the date have to do with the damage? I wasn’t asking for a Valentine’s miracle, just a little markdown on a product that had clearly been through some things. But nope—Gina said not today. So if you’re ever in the store looking for a discount on a slightly battered item, just know Gina is out here protecting profits like it’s her personal savings account. And if it’s not Gina protecting the corporate bottom line from single moms, it’s the security guard following them around the minute they they walk in the door. Dang Paul Blart, take it down a notch, I have money and no criminal record. Stay strong, Gina and Paul. We’ll try again next year.

The customer service at this location is super rude I was going to spend $300 worth of baby formula and the lady behind the counter at customer service said I couldn’t and I could only purchase 4 cans max. Her responses were extremely rude and I felt very uncomfortable.

This store is ridiculous with their pricing on items. I literally came for a stick of butter that is normally $2 at walmart or target or places like that, but here $5. Eggs were almost $9 for 12?!?!? Come on.

Oh how I wish I could give 0 stars. I went shopping today with my daughters. And I want to say 2 mins in security was following us made me very uncomfortable he was only steps a way just looking at us. Nothing to give off I’m taking anything. No big bag, big purse nothing but bananas and milk in my cart now you tell me how that look to you.

My fiance and I were grabbing a couple things for dinner and we left using self check out. While scanning our items I noticed we were being heavily watched by an associate. It was a bit unnerving but I chose to keep checking out so I could leave. When my fiance was paying we had a complication when trying to pay for the bag. I regrettably didn't get the name of the man who came over condescending and insulting us for trying to use EBT cash to pay for the bag. He said that we weren't able to do that and that my fiance and I were "already getting free stuff, we're not taking money out of our pockets to give to you" as he laughed in our faces and snickered as he walked away. The white man working at the front at 7pm today in the location in Laural has horrible etiquette and has made me want to avoid going in that store ever again.

Most of the staff isn’t friendly, when you ask a question they have an attitude. I waited over an hour to get a fresh doughnut of my preference but end of leaving because I got tired of waiting. The lady was putting out maybe 1 every 30min.
