God aweful!!!!! Wasted $30 on a wash that was worth $8!!! Didn't even wipe down the inside and did a half a$$ job cleaning the wheels. Never again! $30 lesson learned!

It has been hit and miss for me here. They defiantly turn the cars around a lot faster compared to Laurel Wash down the street. Main reason being that there is a bigger detail area after the wash and you have one person giving your car the once over. Prestige doesn't have that luxury so sometimes they miss spots. I took my car there with two weeks of road salt and grime and it came out looking fine. Not the best but I don't have to do it myself so I am fine with it.

They are fast but not efficient and do NOT pay attention to detail. The customer service is awful and it was hard to communicate with the workers and management was NO help

I inquired about the monthly plan, the young lady behind the counter tells me unlimited washes, once per day for approximately $45-$50 per month. She hands me an application and I proceed to fill it out, but there are customers behind me so I offered to step aside and let the other customers pay for their wash. The young lady proceeds to enter my information in the computer anyway and says it's ok. Moments later another employee comes in and berates her in Spanish for signing

$19 Super Wash is not SUPER when carpet is still covered with dirt and fur despite vacuuming, and wet with staff's footprints. Also, windows were not decently cleaned..

I liked going there but the management side of things suck. I waited for 10 minutes for them to get my car washed... Keep to pace themselves

A good value. $10 for a good wash plus they wipe it down at the end to avoid spots.
